A thousand stars, a very well-equipped apartment with various utensils from a coffee maker to a hair dryer. This helps save a lot! Several good restaurants in the neighborhood, which is central and well located. Clean and fragrant property. I went to the city to take a course and it was my first Airbnb rental, I stayed very little time in the apartment, but my wife stayed the whole time and loved the condominium, what it provides and Fran's studio, which was very clean and organized when we arrived… She was very kind and attentive to answer questions, I have a course in January and I will stay there again, without even looking for another place 😅🙏🏽✅

It has a separate gourmet space, which was important. The only observation was that the pool was not heated at the time we were there. The rest was wonderful. Good internet connection (you can work from there), flexible check-in, ample space for families and pets.

Sandra is a love and very helpful. The house is impeccable, all very clean and perfumed. Many super-scented comforters for the evenings, which are often colder. Well-equipped house, had plenty of blankets and towels, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it is extremely well equipped, the pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house afterwards and intend to return! Beautiful and spotless house! I felt right at home, the fireplace is a plus. The kitchen is extremely complete, the rooms are spacious and the view of the house is amazing, I felt in touch with nature! Hostess and caretaker always very helpful. I'll be back for sure! Just one important point is that whoever has a small dog and he is a runner should be aware that the fences are not very secure. It wasn't a problem for me because my dog was always around, she loved to play and run around the space.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.
