Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arabian Sea

We had a wonderful stay with a warm, homely atmosphere. The backyard offered amazing sunset views, and there was plenty of space for the kids to play freely. The highlight was definitely the delicious food prepared by the friendly cook, who made each meal feel like a special treat

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

We lived with Roger for almost two months. Nice, big apartment, clean. The location is very convenient - there is a market and supermarkets nearby. The beach is 5-7 minutes by bike or car, 25 minutes on foot. The owner is very friendly! Great friendly neighbors. There is a laundry, bike and car rental. There is a church, cafe, hairdresser nearby. In general, we highly recommend it! We hope to stay here again next time. Thank you, Roger, Rocky, Kajitan.

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

Our stay at Talal’s flat in Muscat was more than just a holiday—it truly felt like a home away from home. He was incredibly responsive to every message, whether we had a question, needed a recommendation, or just wanted to check in. His support made everything smooth and stress-free, and by the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than a host. The flat itself exceeded our expectations. It is simply PERFECT! It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, totally furnished incredibly quiet,which is something essential for us. Everything we needed was provided, You can really tell that Talal has put care and thought into making his guests feel welcome. The location is also perfect: just a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Muscat and also ideally situated for exploring the city. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Youstina's place! The house was beautifully maintained with a charming ambiance that made our stay truly special. It’s perfectly located, close to important places, local shops, and general stores, making it incredibly convenient. The view from the house was breathtaking with downtown high rises and Burj Khalifa seems like at a one hand distance —every morning felt like a postcard! The staff were extremely courteous, always ready to assist, and the owner was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and hassle-free stay. Definitely a five-star experience!

It was a great stay. The care taker Mrs and Mr Ajay taking care of us( four senior citizens couples) in all respect. They are a great cook ......prepared very delicious vegetarian food. We would like to visit the place again and recommend others.

I visited the place with my family for 2 days and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very quiet and peaceful place with easy access to the Kihim beach. The home was clean, well maintained and exactly as described. Shardul is very helpful and provided us with all the required support to make our stay comfortable and was always available for any questions. A heartfelt thank you to the caretaker who was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend. 👍

Good budget friendly place close to mapro garden to chill with friends

Chetan is a wonderful host and Anil the caretaker communicated well too. I felt the cleaning needs to improve a bit. Rest the whole stay was wonderful.
