Fantastic place in a good location! The AC helped it stay cool in a record heat wave, and I was able to work there as it was quiet. Huge TV is a plus too, and the unit is close to a ton in San Jose. Roman is a super responsive and friendly host, and available for anything that comes up. Overall highly recommend! Thank you!

Very nice, beautiful place. It is right on the same street as the stores and restaurants so you can walk to most places. However, as renters have said, parking during the day can be difficult, there is traffic noise and a store plays music across the street during the day. At night, just the occasional car. Plenty of space for us and good kitchen. They were able to let us check in a few hours early.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [carlos]'s place, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated just a short walk from local attractions and great restaurants. [carlos ] was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. It truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be back on my next visit to [San Jose]! Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

I stayed here for about a week with my two kids for spring break. I felt very safe here traveling without a partner - right across the street from the police station, next to the fire house, and secure locks on the doors. This place was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, walking distance from downtown and the beach, lots of space for us plus a few friends who came to visit. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again!

Dan’s place was walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Parking definitely a plus! Dan is such a great host and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Lawrence was quick to respond when we had a question. There are restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores and good coffee within a mile. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

The home was perfect for what we needed and the location was great. The only disappointment was the shampoo/conditioner/body wash options. Some bottles were missing lids and the soap was watery. Other than that, the home was great.

This is by far the perfect beach getaway house! My husband had classes in the area so during the day my daughter and dog could walk right to the beach! There is even a museum right in walking distance I took my daughter to twice. And the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk is only a ten minute walk which we did another day! The Airbnb itself was beautifully decorated with a wonderful shower and a clawfoot tub. The outdoor area was so great to relax in as well. This place was stocked with beach chairs and toys and extra towels and even sunblock. Everything we could need. In fact we loved it so much we extended our stay. Yvonne was SO responsive and friendly and really made our vacation just completely hassle free and perfect. I can see why this place is always booked!

We were blown away by this beautiful and spacious house. It’s the perfect size for six people, from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the enormous living room. Janiece is very helpful and responsive, providing us with clear check in and checkout instructions and replying to our questions within minutes. Above all, we were most impressed by the gorgeous views from the deck and the big, peaceful backyard. We explored Capitola and Santa Cruz during our stay, which were a 10 and 20 minute drive away respectively. My only advice for staying here is to be prepared to walk up a flight of wooden stairs to reach the front door and be careful while unloading your car in the driveway because it is quite steep. We can’t wait to be back!

My family felt right at home. This place is very comfortable and is close to everything, prime location if you want to explore San Jose. Backyard is beautiful with fruits for us to pick. Host is responsive and helpful, would recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything was comfortable and attractive but the kitchen stood out. It is well appointed for a couple who are used to cooking for themselves. The neighborhood was attractive and very quiet. Parking was never a problem. It is within walking distance of two grocery stores and an entire shopping center. The WiFi is great. This unit fit our needs very well.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

Just go and let Aaron be your host! You will not be disappointed. Aaron was very accommodating, and can’t wait to return to the Harbor House.

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

What can we say...this is one of our FAVORITE airbnb home away from homes...we have been back to Marjie and Joffrey's place so many times now and simply love it more and more each time! It's beautiful, relaxing, located in the absolute most perfect spot...and we just adore everything about it!!! Marjie is the sweetest, we always have fun chatting back and fourth and we are just so thankful for their place that has now been the back drop to so many of our families beautiful memories together :). We can't wait to visit again!!!!
