We loved our stay at this stunning modern home tucked away in the Santa Cruz hills. The house feels completely private and secluded, surrounded by nature, yet it’s only about 15 minutes from town and the beach — the best of both worlds. Everything was beautifully designed, high-end, and spotless. The pool was a highlight for my kids. Perfect spot to unwind and still be close to everything. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic location and home for a family get-away. Much to see and do on site and in the local area. The home is very comfortable and welcoming with all the amenities you might need and more. Can’t wait to book again!

This is a beautifully kept home that accommodated all the needs of our trip. Rooms are very spacious and plenty of restrooms for everyone. Very peaceful location and host was great at communicating. We had a very pleasant stay.

This was such a wonderful stay. We had 2 families staying with kids ranging from 4-16. The house and property were fun to explore and the pool was amazing. The house was comfortable and clean and the antique and original touches were so fun. I highly recommend staying here.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

As mentioned by others, the place is super comfortable, has a lot of amenities and is super close to the boardwalk and the downtown area. However, what really stood out to us was the host’s hospitality. They were super accommodating when we mentioned we’d be getting to Santa Cruz a little early and if we could use the bikes to go cruise around in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but were able to enjoy a full day of fun because of that. We rode to Brommer park, played pickleball, went back to check in, headed out to eat, walked around and then went back to enjoy the spa and ping pong table. The whole house was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely recommend David’s place.

I loved my stay at Kim’s! I’m a Northern California native and I was thrilled with the rustic, laid-back vibe of Moss Landing. Walking distance to sumptuous coastal landscape. Loved that I could bring my pup. The bathtub was luxuriously appointed with thick white towels and boutique toiletries. Would come again and stay longer! Love, love, love!

We had a great time at this airbnb. Everything was clean, neatly organized and welcoming. The place was in a safe and quiet area too. I can’t boast about this place enough. Holly went above and beyond to communicate with me. She gave lots of recommendations for food places. We tried Manuel’s, Venus, Pizza my Heart, and The Hideout. Hands down, hideout was my favorite! The home was BEAUTIFUL! Literally, a dream! Our kids (12 & 7) loved it too. We celebrated my son’s 7th bday there. We beached every single day! Their home was beautiful, clean, and magical. The hubby and I slept with the doors cracked open upstairs and literally fell asleep and woke up to the crashing waves. Walk across the street and you’re on the beach! It was heaven. I told my family I was depressed coming back home. HA! The backyard was darling! The lights were my favorite & I didn’t realize there was a little sandpit. Such a great gem. We were welcomed with a basket too. Filled with local bread, taffy (my fav), cookies, wine and coffee; Even with a hand written note. I can’t wait to book their home again. It was a dream. Thank you for having us!!

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Will definitely book this wonderful gem for our next visit to Santa Cruz!

Great place to stay. I love to cook and this place was great for that. Definitely one of the better equipped kitchens I’ve ever found at an Air BnB. Both Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, great stove top with griddle incorporated, and my favorite, the LUXURY level Waffle Iron (I might have to get one!). Can’t think of any “tool” that we wanted while cooking that I couldn’t find. Location is great wrt surfing as several of our family enjoy. Very impressed to see wet suits in the supply room, although I guess that’s got to be a standard for the West coast (most of my beach time has always been in south Florida, so no comparison there). The only thing I can critique - the easiest exit from the home to the beach goes through the bathroom of the lowest level of the house. Wasn’t a major issue, but we had one day where shower timing and beach access needs were not coordinated. Outdoor stairs are right outside unit but ya gotta remember the key!

A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

Amazing estate with breathtaking views. Beautiful interior with high vaulted ceilings making you feel you are inside a castle. Everone in our group of 10 very much enjoyed our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer than a weekend. Great and responsive host. Thank you Andrey!

The condo was clean and decorated with a cute beach vibe. Kitchen was well appointed and owners were very responsive to a few questions/comments we had.

Michael's home is amazing! It is private, surrounded by woods. Inside, you'll find an absolute gem of a home. Very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Michael was responsive and proactive in reaching out to ensure we had a smooth arrival. We appreciated the lack of stress on our wedding weekend and it was the perfect home base to come back to after a busy day.

Megan is a great host and very attentive. At this time while work to the grounds are still in progress this might not be a good choice for those that are not able to walk and carry luggage through rocky gravel to get to cottage. Great place for people that love cats, there is a cat name Buddy on the property that visits and even wants to stay in door with visitors. All in all our time spent at the cottage turned out good.

We loved our 3 day stay here! We spent many hours sitting by the large windows reading while looking out into the ocean and seeing pelicans fly by. Having beach access just by the unit was amazing. The water was cold but it didn’t stop us from wading in to hunt for sea shells and sand dollars. The location is very remote but that was exactly what we wanted. Even though the unit is part of a larger condominium community, we were never disrupted by loud noises or boisterous neighbors. We slept very well and felt completely safe. It was difficult to leave and we stayed till the very last moment we had to leave to check out in time. We can’t wait to return!
