Fairview is a fantastic estate. My husband and I chose to stay on the third floor with the fantastic high wood ceilings and neat little windows that overlook the mountains. The B&B was vacant except for us two and we had an awesome time cooking in the main kitchen and loafing around that cold Saturday night. Jennifer extended our check-out until the afternoon and we experienced the season's first snow fall while drinking coffee and making pancakes. We shall return to Fairview. The setting was insanely comfortable and cozy even with only two souls sleeping in the large house that quiet Saturday night. Thank you!

This little place us absolutely wonderful! From the time we arrived til checkout, it was so nice. Wanda is so sweet and very welcoming. We had booked for an upper level room but we were asked if we wanted to switch to a 1st level room instead and it worked out very well. It had its own private entrance and was easy to find parking. The grounds are beautiful with all kinds of cute critters including ducks and geese. Our favorite part of the stay was the bistro and included breakfast on site. It was DELICIOUS! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone else looking for a nice and quiet place to stay while in Lynchburg. Thank you so much Miss Wanda!!!

Ansolutely immaculate provisions provided b family style. Bath items are family size not individual. They best best I’ve ever slept on in My entire life! Things here have a clean squared off finish, not a fluffy sinking feeling. This is fine. The look of the bed seemed like it would be hard and I could have failed asleep the moment I sat down. Beyond clean. Everything in place to easily respect property. Two bedrooms. Advertised for 5. With children perhaps. We are two retired adults and were quite comfortable.

A perfect private fully equipped apartment. Immaculately clean. You will love the backyard wooded area. Very much like a fully equipped cabin in the woods. The Lynchburg and surrounding areas have plenty to do. The host was amazing. Stay with Lori once and you will definitely want to return.

Jeff and Carol's place is great. I stayed here a few years ago, and was pleased with the stay this time as well. I wish we'd had time (and energy) to use the hot tub - it was ready for us to use. I liked the upstairs space with the fridge. I will definitely stay here again if I need a space like that. Thank you both!
