Lovely cosy space, extremely well equipped for our longer stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The Amplades sisters went above and beyond to make us feel at home, including bringing us a freshly cooked meal and Greek sweets which we ate very graciously 😊 Galipe is beautiful, lots of pretty hikes and amazing stargazing opportunities. The Airbnb has a partnership with a local grocery store which made things very easy, and the owner of the store was also extremely kind and helpful. Also, the local taverna was amazing!! My partner and I ate there several times during our stay. We did not have a car and I would recommend to have one, but we got around fine without. This is probably the best experience I have had with Airbnb, the hospitality was absolutely impeccable and it was such a treat to stay in this hidden gem of a village. Galipe and it's residents totally captured our hearts and we hope to come back 🥰

We stayed for 5 nights and had the best time! Manolis place is beautiful, clean and an oasis to recharge and relax. The little house that we stayed in on his farm had everything you would need, beautiful outdoor seating and is private. On the farm you have cats and chickens, beautiful flowers, studding views, etc. Manolis and his family are amazing hosts, probably the best ones we have had so far, extremely friendly and welcoming, they provided us with fresh produce from the village, organized activities and a small dinner for us and were always available. The village is really old and authentic, you can take a little walk. For everything else you definitely need a car and getting up to the farm requires some good driving skills since the streets are very narrow and steep. Over all it really was a 10/10 experience and we will definitely come back! Thank you Manolis & family

I wanted to stay in a village out near Kastelli & Evangellismos was perfect. a very quiet, traditional village. The house is private & comfortable & there is everything you need.

we stayed at this magnificent place for two months. the village is really small (200 people and 400 cats and dogs) but theres pretty much everything you need. supermarket and few restaurants/cafes. great hiking possibilities around the village with beautiful mountain views. we didnt have a car and hiked to nearby villages and the lake but would recommend it for sure. Ben was an amazing host. he really made our stay! the hospitality was out of this world!
