Cottage vacation rentals in Apennine Mountains

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). We had a great stay here. The views are simply fantastic and the terrace and nice livingroom really allow you to soak it up. The nearby beaches are pristine and secluded. we would definitely stay here again.

Le logement était propre a l'intérieur et la vue est superbe sur la mer et les montagnes . L'emplacement ne pouvait être mieux situer. a deux minutes a pied de commerce et restaurent et le village de Sant'Agata est très jolie avec plusieurs bon restaurant et pas de pas de tourisme de masse. Je recommande ce logement.

We loved our stay here so much and didn't want to leave. Ivan and his family are wonderful hosts, always there to help with a smile, but lots of space for everybody. They work hard and have earned their amazing reputation with locals and holiday makers. Our kids loved the pool, the space to play and the kittens! Thank you so much Ivan, we would love to come back one day.

This place is truly a 10/10. I’ve stayed at dozens of BNBs over this year and I have to say that this is one of my absolute favorites. Every detail, from the decor to the cleanliness to the nature to the spaciousness, is phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! One thing to keep in mind is that it’s nestled quite far into the mountains so whenever we went on day trips like to Pienza or Pitigliano, it was always around an hour drive or more.

If you want to experience the Tuscany of your dreams, then this is the place to stay! The pictures are accurate but do not do justice to the beauty you will experience. Birds chirping and bees buzzing around the fragrant jasmine and roses bring peace and calm as you gaze out over the olive grove to the surrounding hillsides with views of Pienza, other towns and a retired monastery. Frank and Phil are incredibly gracious hosts and will not steer you wrong with recommendations, including wonderful restaurants, beautiful churches and abbeys, and wineries. The garden cottage is quite private and you will have no intrusions. Sitting on the patio with a glass of wine, some local cheese, and a good book was our favorite escape.

Merci à Lorraine pour cet établissement de choix au sein d’un quartier paisible et fleuri dans la montagne. La situation est idéale pour se rendre à Rapallo tout près ou à Portofino. La terrasse est à couper le souffle avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Les environs sont arborés et sentent le jasmin ce qui est toujours une agréable surprise en arrivant. La literie est confortable et propre. Les instructions d’arrivée sont claires et fournies à l’avance avec un hôte réactif et patient. Prévoir une taxe de séjour à régler en liquide le jour de votre départ non précisée lors de la réservation sur Airbnb. Merci encore pour cette merveilleuse expérience et à bientôt je l’espère !

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to slow down after playing tourist in larger cities - and this was perfect! Still close to drive to places when we had needs. Very friendly hosts with a friendly dog that our daughters loved to play with. Will be recommending this stay!

The place is as described. It is definitely worth the price. Emi is very nice. We will stay again!!!!

Truly gorgeous accommodation. We were greeted by Eleonora's mother. As we were were travelling from other city in Italy we arrived early and she was happy to allow us to start our stay. There was a folder provided with all the important details, but this beautiful lady also explained everything else including her favourite places to visit, nearest bus stops and all the other little things that are useful. We were also advised that there was a chance of both a visiting cat (which sadly we hardly saw) and her large dog, similar to a Huskie. The latter visited just the once and was an adorable, a big cuddly softie. The only one very small negative was that the water tank was quite small so the showers had to be taken quickly, before washing the breakfast pots or coping with the cold water! Again we were warned! The accommodation was comfortable and totally private with a secure parking place. A very peaceful nights sleep. Everything we needed was supplied. Great value.

This casa is an absolutely spectacular place to stay when in Tuscany - I was amazed by the photos, but in real life the place is somehow even more beautiful and scenic! The hosting is absolutely faultless - we were made to feel right at home immediately with homemade treats, and every arrangement we needed was made super smoothly. Utterly perfect - this was our first introduction to Tuscany and we will remember it forever!

Ein wunderbares, liebevoll gepflegtes und eingerichtetes Häuschen im Grünen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und möchte am liebsten viel länger bleiben wie geplant. Der Nationalpark ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Bosnien kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall hier wieder vorbeikommen.

Questa bellissima casa recentemente ristrutturata situata sulle incantevoli colline toscane è ideale per chi vuole vivere un'esperienza di tranquillità e relax in mezzo alla natura. La casa dispone di un patio esterno e di un giardino molto ampio con vista sulle colline circostanti e sulla valle con un panorama mozzafiato. Pulita, 2 grandi camere e 2 bagni, completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici e con attenzione al dettaglio in stile casa di campagna. C'è una splendida piscina in mezzo al giardino con un panorama sulle colline. Ci sono lettini prendi sole e area tavolini per un pranzo all'aperto. La casa è isolata in mezzo alla campagna e a pochi km da Pienza. Si possono fare belle camminate nella zona. Nelle vicinanze ci sono aziende agricole con wine tasting e vendita diretta di prodotti locali. Vania e suo marito sono 2 persone splendide, molto gentili e premurose nei confronti degli ospiti. Sopratutto con le nostre figlie :). Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questo luogo speciale!

Op en top typisch Italiaans huis, modern en stijlvol ingericht, over elk detail is nagedacht met het comfort van de gast voor ogen.. Schilderachtig gelegen en goede uitvalsbasis om de mooie plekjes van Umbrië te ontdekken. Maar heel bijzonder was hoe hartelijk en oprecht gastvrij onze host Luca ons het hele verblijf heeft verzorgd. Zelf gebakken cake ( met dank aan schoonmoeder) en lekkere wijn bij het onthaal was hier een illustratie van. Goede tips over de streek en restaurants. Kortom dit huisje is een echte aanrader.

Der Kurzurlaub bei Olga war für uns mit einer der Schönsten. Wer sich einfach mal entspannen möchte und pure Natur genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Ruhe, toller Ausblick und weg vom Alltäglichen. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt, der Pool ist perfekt zum Abkühlen und die Umgebung lädt zum Träumen ein. Als Tipp: Unser Navi (VW) konnte besser mit den angegebenen Koordinaten, als mit der Adresse führen. Auch der Empfang, mit den wichtigsten Dingen (Milch/Eier/Brot) ist absolut erwähnenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sagen DANKE!

Einfache und sehr freundliche Kommunikation, tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse und sehr ruhige Lage nur ein paar Autominuten von Santo Porto Stefano entfernt. Auch die besser zugänglichen Strände auf den Landzungen zum Festland sind mit dem Auto rasch zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Tina’s cottage is located at the other side of the Port Cervo village with fantastic sea views. No visual pollution. Mainly nature. Very quiet and private. The reality is even better than the pictures. The cottage has its own entrance and a beautiful garden. The cottage is perfect for two with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a separate sleeping room. There is also a friendly dog 🐕 and a curious cat 🐈 passing by from time to time.

Grove cottage is a very peaceful place to relax and unwind. Leonardo has thought of everything you need for a perfect, comfortable stay. The cottage interior is like new, very clean with new furnishings and a very comfortable bed, we slept great every night. The recommendations provided on places to eat, visit, local events and more are excellent. Leonardo is a great host, who will go out of his way to help you have an enjoyable experience staying at Grove cottage.

tutto perfetto, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Enea è una persona molto alla mano con la quale è facilissimo entrare subito in connessione e confidenza. il posto è molto tranquillo, riservato e con una bella vista. se la doccia fosse stata un po' più grande, sarebbe stato il top (io sono un po' grossetto..)

The property was beautiful amd loved the scenery and friendly animals such as the donkeys and horse which greeted us each night. Serena and Mario were exellent hosts and made us feel at home at welcomed. We enjoyed a home cooked dinner with a view and breakfast. Very comfortable rustic farmhouse accomodations. Highly recommend and would love to go back as it is close to all in Tuscany.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and exactly as described and perfect for a peaceful hideaway in the beautiful Tuscan hills. You can hit all the major sites fairly easily or just relax on the south-West facing private terrace watching the sunsets. The view seems almost untouched by humans except for a few olive groves, vines and the odd farmhouse and is buzzing with nature and birdsong. The cottage has everything you'll need and is very comfortable and even has a rack of very acceptable and reasonable wine on tap! An ample welcome pack is provided which will definitely see you through the first night and probably more. The terrace and house are very private and have lots of outdoor furniture provided for relaxing and eating al-fresco. The hosts, Bob & Ally, have been doing this for a while and are fairly much perfect, they are there if you require anything and can provide lots of local information but will leave you in private if that is what you prefer. Very highly Recommended.

Wunderbares kleines Häuschen, perfekt ausgestattet, tolle Lage gleich am Meer, mehrere feine Plätze zum Sitzen, Essen, Lesen.... herrlicher Blick aufs Meer, schöne Bademöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bei schönem Wetter ist fast nichts Schöneres vorstellbar! Bei Regen ist die, nur von der Terrasse zugängliche Küche etwas unpraktisch und umständlich!
