Condo vacation rentals in Apennine Mountains

It’s hard to describe just how incredible this place is. The garden is immaculate and pictures cannot do it justice, once you’re immersed in it and you hear the birds and look at the Tuscan scenery, it’s like you’re in a fairy tale. The owners have clearly worked incredibly hard to make this everything that it is, and my wife and I would easily plan our next trip around this place with more time here. The owners are also incredibly friendly and responsive, they welcomed us in and walked us around the property, gave us great recommendations for the surrounding area, loaned us an umbrella, and let us play with their dog. Magical experience and I cannot recommend it enough. We even saw fireflies!

We couldn’t have imagined a better stay with Antonio. Not only was the space perfect for us, Antonio provided us with so many local recommendations from things to see and where to eat & drink. He communicated with us throughout the trip and even showed up at check in to help us carry our bags up to the apartment. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience and it was perfect. If you’re reading this and Antonio’s spot is available, book it NOW!!!

Whether it’s a day or two, or a week or two I cannot recommend this stay enough. The host is extremely welcoming and has curated a wonderful spot to call home base while exploring the beautiful city. On top of the convenient location and easy to navigate area of residence, the apartment itself also contains a once-in-a-lifetime patio which showcases the beautiful renaissance-era buildings in the city. Words and pictures cannot describe the experience of having a sunset dinner above the bustle of the city while still in the center of Florence. If possible, this is a spot you simply must check out. Everything that is worth seeing is within a 20 minute walk and the modern furnishings allow for a great decompression at the end of your explorations. On top of all of the great benefits of the stay, Matteo is a kind and gentle soul who is extremely friendly and welcoming. He immediately greeted us as friends and had some stellar local recommendations that really cultivated our experience!

Loved this space- right by the fountain and walkable to Colloseum. Host was soooo friendly and helpful to find authentic food in the area. Very understanding about check in and leaving luggage so we could hit the city quickly. Elevator and ac. Only issue was thin linens but as to be expected? Really great stay for our short 24 hrs in Rome but would be great for a longer stay as well.

Great location. A very nice apartment, once you get through the dark hallway and the stairs. Convenient walking distance from the rail station and tram (from the airport)

Leonardo was incredible helpful and an absolute delight. You can tell he is house proud, the place was peaceful and beautiful. I would go back.

The apartment is extremely well located, with supermarket, restaurants, and of course, the Colosseum just around the corner. You can walk to many of Rome’s main attractions with ease. Massimo was a fantastic host, always available, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location. Classic Italian rooftop view. Leaves little to be desired. Beware: - you will have to climb 5 flights of stairs to access the apartment - it is in a very popular and lively area. You can hear everyone down below from the terrace until late in the night/into the morning. Indoors, it is quiet. - the tea kettle is dirty, i wouldn’t drink from it - stovetop is extremely difficult to use (or broken?) - no clothes iron is provided

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Pisa! Elisa was incredibly proactive and communicated everything clearly from start to finish—truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The space itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with every amenity we could have asked for. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment is really beautiful and matches the photos uploaded in the listing. It is in a perfect location, a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum. We always walked to visit the city. Pietro Maria is very helpful and when we needed some guidance he immediately provided us with all the necessary information. The real gem is the apartment's garden. 😉 Highly recommended!

Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.

Amazing apartment in center of Assisi city. Two stories and everything was more than expected! Gabriel gave good instructions and responded quickly to questions. Will definitely book again next time we are visiting Assisi.

We had a great stay in Francesca's agriturismo. beautiful place with breath taking views. the place was very clean and tidy and it had all we needed and much more. it was a good base for traveling the area. take a ride on the SP146 - you won't regret it! all in all this place is highly recommended! wish i would visit here again. Toscany is soo beautiful.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing place !! It really worth !

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The view is fantastic. Not so close to the coastal road, but also not too high. Didn't need a car all week. 2 euros for the bus to Genoa, or Sankt Margarita is also casual. I guess this won't be the last time with Carlo and Lucia. Very nice, thank you

Both Barbara and Andrea were very welcoming and forthcoming when we encountered a hitch in our travel plans. They are unusually friendly, and accommodating hosts. The house is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
