The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, including sea view. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and sink. Sleeping loft with a 160 cm double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Wi-Fi and TV with Apple Lightning are available. Patio with tables, chairs. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.
