Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

House of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

There are also bicycles to borrow The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

Well-planned cottage in a charming area! A few steps away you will find pizzeria, sushi, bakery and candy store. A few more steps and you are at Mölndals Galleria with a wide range of shops, delicacies and public transport. When the sun comes out, you can enjoy the best southern exposure and set the table on the terrace. Parking is easily accessible on the street. The property is non-smoking and pet-free. If a third bed is needed, this can be arranged with a large air mattress in the study.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Cabin on Orust

Now we rent out our beloved summer cottage in Säckebäck on Orust. We have a house of approximately 60 sqm with open kitchen and two bedrooms. The balcony at the back is wonderful with afternoon and evening sun. On the front, you can enjoy the morning sun. The sea and a nice swimming area can be reached with a 10-minute walk. You can also take the car to the sea. Sheets, shower towels and cleaning are included.

Welcome to Nösund and our personal paradise. If you, like us, are looking for silence and proximity to both the countryside and the sea, then you have come to the right place. Life on Nösund is slow. There is always something going on, but it goes at the pace you choose. The red house was built in the early 1900s and still exudes rustic charm.

En helt underbar liten stuga 30 meter från vattnet vid skåpesundskanalen med brygga vid strandkanten. Stugan är på ca 20 kvm men har alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Badrum, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Sängen är en bäddsoffa som blir till en Queensize säng när man fäller ut den. Passande för två personer. Fri parkering ingår.
