House vacation rentals in Apecchio

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference. Perfect oasis for a family vacation The location is simply magnificent – secluded and quiet, far away from the hustle of everyday life. The expansive property is a real highlight: there are beautiful pergolas that invite you to eat, play and relax outdoors. The pool is fantastic – it is cleaned daily, offers comfortable loungers and plenty of umbrellas. We especially appreciated that the entire property is fenced which makes it ideal for pets. The bedrooms are charmingly furnished, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need. The cleanliness was also great – with a thorough intermediate cleaning after a week. We would like to highlight the quick and competent response of all our questions, which made the stay even more pleasant. All in all it was the perfect place for an unforgettable family vacation that we can highly recommend.

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. This place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. The scenic placement and gorgeous views of the Umbrian hills are spectacular. The pool was cleaned every day, and the house and yard were perfect. To top it all off, we fell in love with a local restaurant with even more spectacular surroundings and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten (Il Sasso). The Pacini family were kind and hospitable, as well as generous with their fruits and vegetables!

we had a very nice stay. The entire accommodation was very clean. Highly recommend taking something against the mosquitoes. the only criticism was the chairs on the terrace, as 2 have shackled heavily, there should be a replacement here.

Great location and the 2 full size bathrooms were nice!

The views from this guest suite will be some of my favorite memories of Tuscany. I highly recommend going outside 30 minutes before sunrise to watch the sky change colors against the mountains while you take a deep calming breath looking across the valley below. The guest house is compact, modern, and clean. And Patrizia and her family are just next door, available and friendly if you need anything.

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

As soon as we entered, the feeling was that of being at home. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. In addition, Francesca was very nice to leave us a fantastic and abundant breakfast. Also recommended for the location.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!

I stayed at the adorable place with my family for a week. Upon arrival, the host gave us the key and showed us everything. We especially liked the large pool and the breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno from the upper floor of the house. We had a very nice week in Umbria and explored the surroundings in day trips. If you have any questions or problems, the host has always been kindly helped. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay with friends and family! The house is big, the garden is superb (and large!) and the swimming pool was big and safe. The owners were also very reactive to our requests, and the chef option is highly recommended for at least part of the stay! Thanks again, and see you again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia's villa in Tuscany! The home was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly hosted — Julia made us feel truly welcome. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, the perfect Tuscan experience. Highly recommend!

The stay was amazing, the Host Luciano was very nice and forthcoming about any inquiry we had. I can recommend the place to anybody who wants to have a nice, chill time in the hills of central Tuscany.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

Casale Il Giglio is a beautiful place and hosts Silvia, Gianlucca and Neri make the experience even better; they are thoughtful and kind and made our family of 4 feel right at home. It is just like the photos, if not better. It was a highlight on our trip and we hope we can go back!
