A few steps away from all the attractions of the city, the old kitchens of the building have been transformed into an elegant and comfortable guesthouse, rich in charm in every detail. The interior design is well-finished and, making every detail stand out, is finely furnished with traditional carpets and antique pieces. Locanda Bellavita is an apartment for up to 7 people, on the ground floor with an independent entrance. Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

We spent 4 days in Roberto's apartment. Very clean, tidy and well furnished place. Great attention to detail, equipped with all comforts. The apartment is close to the center, a 5-minute drive and close to the most famous places like Cortona. Surrounded by greenery, it's great for those of us who want to unwind. Roberto is a very kind host, available to provide all the news about restaurants and places to visit. He also made us find products from their garden that had just arrived. Very good. We had a great time. I highly recommend it and we hope to return.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. Thanks for all your help Stella. 👍

We had a great time! Very clean house, this allowed us to rest well, and very tidy. It's small, but there's everything you need to stay there for several days. We really appreciated the fact that we found water and fruit juice on the table, plus the tea/coffee equipment in the morning. Thank you Anna for your kindness!

We stayed for our child's tournament. The house is beautiful and spacious, equipped with all the comforts, comfortable beds. A fresh, well-kept house, a beautiful green garden, fresh eggs from the chickens in the henhouse. Enrico was very kind and welcomed us with a smile I recommend the apartment to everyone
