Elaine was by far the best host I've ever had on Airbnb, always responding quickly and accommodating us very well. The house is wonderful, very cozy and with a wonderful garden, and the price is very fair. I'll be back again for sure!

I loved my stay at the Villa do Ser! The chalet is the same as the photos! Everything you need to cook. Everything was organized when we arrived! We had an unforeseen event with a flight that was canceled, and Marcelo was super understanding. Villa do Ser is a very beautiful place, with lots of green, flowers, and a lot of peace! We were greeted by Marcelo and Leila as if we were family, there is no way not to feel at home! Maia kept us company throughout the stay, we were in love with her 😍 We stayed in the chalet, but all the accommodations in the house are beautiful! It makes you want to stay a little in each one ☺️ Thank you Marcelo and Leila for allowing us to enjoy this lovely place!

We travel with children , the place is perfect , close to everything ,very quiet and safe . Well wooded place, owners very cut, we love it.

My partner and I stayed with Carlos for a month while working remotely (the house has wifi). The spot beyond exceeded our expectations. We joke that we will never find a place more beautiful than this. It's extremely private and quiet, and you have walking access to trails that Carlos has built around the property. The entire property has been beautifully landscaped, but also remains wild. We often took evening walks up the hill to see capybaras and other local fauna. The spot is walkable to town and the beach, or a very short car ride away. There are also some amazing hikes you can do from Pantano do Sul directly. Carlos is a welcoming, knowledgable, and responsive host; he helped us feel at home for our entire stay. We very much hope to return and have another stay in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa na Árvore in Lagoa da Conceição, Florianópolis. It was an amazing experience! We were delighted by the hospitality of Adriana and Nando, as well as by the nature around the cabin: we saw birds (hoazins, toucan, etc.), butterflies, monkeys… and their cats are superb We even took a boat trip, at night, in the rain, an unforgettable adventure! The view from the room was simply spectacular at any time of day, and it was magical to observe nature so alive and present. Thank you so much for everything! We will keep these memories forever.

Unique experience, we loved the place, it is super discreet in a privileged location surrounded by nature, the cabin is pure charm; compact, cozy and comfortable. We loved the fact that we could direct the TV to any corner of the cabin, it was wonderful to be able to watch a movie inside the bathtub. We had a great weekend, we will definitely be back. weekend to rest and relax, enjoying the space and the beautiful cottage. everything was well organized, it had everything we needed, and the cottage atmosphere was complete, with the lamps, and the Echo Studio was a separate thing, I didn't even use my simple Echo Dot 😂 clean and fragrant bed linens, comfortable mezzanine, outdoor area and a beautiful stream, to sit and watch, my dogs loved the space, I was able to spend my birthday and Easter with them in the tranquility of the chalet... thanks for the stay, see you soon!

It was a wonderful experience, completely cozy and pleasant place, it exceeded all our expectations! The house is perfect and the place is amazing. On the side of the lagoon, it is possible to take walks through the surroundings to the beach. Each is beautiful, had everything we needed, impeccable bathroom, kitchen with the necessary utensils and barbecue. Perfect for those looking to spend a few quiet days, resting.

I recommend the residential, independent houses, it was clean and smelling, quiet place easily accessible and close to the beach, everything corresponded to the announcement, easy communication, if needed any pot or appliance was soon provided, at last I loved it, intending to return🙏🥰

Amazing place, we passed a wonderful fds, local was super clean and has everything you need . Angela was a sweetheart, we arrived Friday in the morning and because of this she offered us to stay as long as she wanted on the last day , contact with her was super good , she responded quickly and indicated several places for us , was worth every penny and we will definitely return but now in another hut she indicated .

Very comfortable chalet in gated condominium with good security. Good location a few meters from the beach and close to restaurants and kiosks. The transit of Porto belo in reveillon is tremendous! so it is very useful to be able to walk anywhere.

Excellent accommodation. First, we were very warmly welcomed by Eduardo, he gave us the house instructions and kindly recommended places to visit. Everything was very clean and tidy, however we recommend bringing repellent since being immersed in nature there are many bugs that could sneak into the house (inside the house was fumigated). The place is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be visited by the monkeys that live nearby. The spectacular tinaja, added to the sound of nature is very relaxing. The location is quite good, by car we were 25 minutes from downtown Florianopolis and 15 minutes from beautiful beaches such as Joaquina and Mole. We would definitely come back to this place.

Excellent place, like the photos, host always available, very quiet, the view is beautiful, view of the beach of Forte(balcony), which you can walk and you can take a bath admiring the view of the beach of Jurerê!! obs: the location gave on the beach, it is before, up the street on the white cross. Streets with steep climbs but car 1.0 rises. We had no trouble getting Uber. the only suggestion is to put a curtain where the part of the bathtub is missing, as light comes in and who sleeps a little bit more gets in the way 😃

Chris was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive. The cottage is better than in the photos! It looks smaller in the images, but it is much more spacious (which generates a very positive impact upon arrival). The surroundings? Super quiet! Great to disconnect. The kitchen is super well equipped, you don't even need to leave the house if you want. Close to the beach on foot. Unfortunately, when we went it rained and we couldn't enjoy the outside as much (pool, deck to watch the sunrise, etc.). But we'll definitely be back to enjoy the place more. Thanks Chris!
