Cottage on a working market garden

Studio cottage with full bath and self-catering kitchen with pots and pans, etc., queen sized bed with fresh linens and towels provided. This cottage is on a working market garden. Maximum occupancy two adults. We do have a small bed that could be added to accommodate a small child about 6 years and under. WE WILL ACCEPT SOME PETS, BUT NOT ALL. We are one mile from grocery shopping. Local roads ideal for cycling. Thirteen miles west of Dayton. Price includes fresh flowers and vegetables from the garden during the season. One cat on the property. Cottage has ceiling fan and good air circulation and a window air-conditioner during the warmer months. There is a TV that streams Apple TV and Kanopy in the cottage, and excellent WIFI access. National Air Force Museum in Dayton is only 20 miles/ 30 minutes away. University of Dayton is 14 miles/ 20 minutes from the cottage. Dayton International Airport is 21 miles/ 26 minutes away. Your hosts are a hospitable couple who enjoy meeting new people. If no one else is booked after you, we can be more flexible with the check-out time.

Situated in the Village of Wayne Lakes 6 miles south of Greenville, Ohio. CAMP COMBS is a RUSTIC two bedroom cozy summer fish camp built in 1940 with updates. Electic controlled fireplace if there is a chill in the air. Property has fishing dock, canoe, row boat and connects to swimming area on Lake Algonquin. Unfortunately, it is NOT pet friendly. WiFi is best on front inside porch; water heater is small with good pressure. Peace, quiet and comfort for a short break, week or longer stay!

Nicest place on beautiful Lake Loramie. Lake front view from the living area. The Fort Loramie state park is right across the road. This park offers over 400 acres and 1655 acres of land to explore complete with a beach. Our State Park is one of the original canal feeder lakes with more than eight miles of hiking trails that follow a portion of the Miami-Erie Canal. Kayaking is a big hit at Lake Loramie also! Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.
