Phillip's place was perfect! The house looked new and had modern finishes. The neighborhood is quiet, but still very close to everything! The level of cleanliness was immaculate. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the Airbnb was with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, creamer, etc. The cost was very affordable especially compared to other Airbnbs in the area. I would love to stay here again if back in the area!

Thomas was a amazing host the place was everything. He communicated with me throughout the whole process one of the reasons I added a extra day to my stay. The master bedroom room was a dream.
