There were 14 people each with their own beds, and the space was efficiently separated, so it was good for a workshop. It was also nice to be able to take a walk in the nearby recreational forest during the afternoon. Great place/Thank you.

It was nice to go to the dog delko ~ It's really a very quiet neighborhood. The floor is very warm I also turned on the hot air fan, but it was so hot that I turned it off and slept. It felt like I was in the countryside, so it was comfortable.

Overall, the accommodation was tidy, and it was nice to use it alone. The barbecue also has a roof, so you can use it even if it rains. It was only one day, but I had a good rest!

Host is very friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and provide local recommendations. And her recommendations were excellent. The house was very comfortable for four adults. I would definitely consider returning when I return to Seoul next time.

It was the perfect place to stay with family! They prepared well for us to have a barbecue even in bad weather, so we were able to fully enjoy it ~ There were neat tableware and baby tableware, so it was a lodging full of consideration for guests! I really want to stay on my next family trip ^ ^ *

He guided me so kindly before entering the room and guided me well without any inconvenience in using the utensils. I was most worried about the cleanliness, not a professional pension company, but I was impressed by the way you literally managed it without any dust. I'd love to visit again if I get a chance.

Alex and Susan are very kind and helpful. They made us feel welcomed! The house is clean, spacious and quiet. Especially friendly for family with kids since they share toys at the house! The house is equipped with almost everything we need. We slept well and it was just like home. It is within walking distance to bus stop and subway station. Highly recommended to those who wish to stay cozy in Seoul.

While location was a little distant away from touristy areas, accommodation was only a short walk away from train station with many food options around. Place was clean and comfy! I enjoyed my stay and will return next time.

Exactly as it’s shown and described with all the mod cons you need. Extremely easy location for public transportation with subway and bus stops just at your doorstep. Paris Baguette and a small Lotte supermarket round the corner for convenience, if like our family you need to whip up simple breakfasts before the day’s activities. If taking taxis there’s significant congestion in certain directions at certain times, but I’m guessing this is similar for central Seoul in general. Coex itself is a pretty dated mall so does not warrant a standalone trip there. You get very quick responses to any queries which is helpful. If renting car please note building car park only takes regular sized, no SUVs or larger.

This is a fantastic apartment. Tessie is an amazing hostess. communication is flawless, shopping/restaurants are all so close. The apartment is less than 50 meters to the subway, the express bus to airport is right across the street. The unit is a large open plan studio type apt w 2 large beds, TV, microwave, sofa, dining table, full kitchen, and a combo washer/dryer. The bathroom is nice and the shower has great water pressure & is big enough for 2 😉. Tessie helped us find a large Korean grocery that was about 4 subway stops that was amazing. This is a gem and Tessie is one of the reasons for this. I can't say enough great things about this apartment. We will definitely stay with her again when we come back to Seoul.

It was the perfect place for us to stay in Seoul and Ingi a very good host. Very nice location, good to reach from the main station and to discover the city. Confortable appartement with lovely roof terrace.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The room was comfortable and well located, with a metro station less than a 5 minute walk away, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants just around the corner. Tomy was also a great communicator - thank you!

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
