Fabrizio is hands down one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet on airbnb. His communication is unmatched, and he offers driving services to the port/roma airport, and more. I can't wait to come back to Civitavecchia and room here again. The apartment is equally fantastic with cleanliness, spaciousness, and a historical charm. Thanks Fabrizio!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati da Maria Argia per la prima vacanza in famiglia, lei e il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili, hanno messo a disposizione il lettino e hanno risposto prontamente a mie richieste per facilitare il viaggio con un noenato. Monolocale bello e pulito con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare e mangiare a casa, come abbiamo fatto spesso. Patio esterno fruibile e rilassante, posto auto interno comodissimo. A piedi in pochissimo arrivi sia al lago che al bellissimo borgo di Bolsena, ci hanno poi suggerito cosa vedere nelle vicinanze. Super consigliato.

Logement pratique, bien équipé et surtout bien situé pour un petit séjour de 3-4 jours pour un groupe de 3 voyageurs. La rue peut être des fois bruyantes la nuit. L'hôte fût très réactive lorsqu'on en avait besoin rendant l'expérience très satisfaisante !

Casa favolosa e vista impagabile sul Giglio. L’alloggio di Fabiola è un sogno. L’host inoltre è stato sempre disponibile e premuroso. Consiglio vivamente l’alloggio.

Dopo aver girato per una settimana nei dintorni posso assicurarvi che questa casa e' una vera gemma da trovare. Situata letteralmente davanti alla spiaggia (accessibile da un comodo sottopasso proprio fuori dalla casa) con possibilita' di parcheggiare la macchina proprio nel retro della casa davanti al cancello di entrata (i parcheggi sono impossibili da queste parti). La spiaggia di fronte ha acque pulitissime , provato anche dal fatto che molte barche e yacht la sceglievano come sosta. La casa gode anche di una corrente naturale e anche a temperature elevate non abbiamo acceso l'aria condizionata visto che tutte le finestre avevano le zanzariere. C'e' tutto per cucinare , ci si trova a casa propria. Se dovessi ritornare in zona sarebbe la mia prima scelta.

Sehr ruhig und privat gelegen, nur durch ein Privattor der Anlage zu erreichen Dadurch hatte es am Pool und Meer wenig andere Gäste.Renzo war äussert hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, sehr sympatisch! Und wie beschrieben sind die Sonnenuntergänge einfach traumhaft! Was wir beanstanden :Die Bäder sind renovationsbedürftig und leider war das Geschirr bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber Auch das Sofa hatte einige Flecken .Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Wlan im Haus nicht funktioniert , nur in der Anlage. Alles in allem haben wie unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Our stay here with Eleonora was absolutely amazing! We are on a 2 week trip in Europe, and this by far was our favorite place to stay so far! Daniela and her son were there to help us check in. They were super friendly and helpful, as well as kind a caring. I cannot speak highly enough about this stay. AMAZING!

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermietern. Reibungslose und schnelle Kommunikation und sehr flexibel was die An- und Abreise angeht. Top Lage, nur circa 100 Meter bis zum Strand und eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Empfehlenswert für alle, die in Ruhe Urlaub machen und sich ausruhen wollen. Die Altstadt ist sehr belebt und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Am ersten Tag hat uns die Vermieterin sogar Wasser kalt gestellt und frische Croissants mitgebracht.

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque per dieci giorni nella casa di Cinzia e abbiamo trovato l'alloggio confortevole e ben distribuito. La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato è il massimo. L'alloggio, di recente ristrutturato, era pulitissimo e con tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria sia per la cucina che per il resto. La zona esterna con un arredamento completo e curato, permette di godersi pranzi, cene e relax nel giardino perfettamente ombreggiato. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia a mezz'ora di cammino dal paese è il luogo ideale per chi ama la tranquillità. Cinzia ha risposto immediatamente alle nostre richieste con cura e gentilezza. Che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Da consigliare veramente.

Il delizioso alloggio di Alexander è luminoso e fresco. Ampi e funzionali spazi all’interno e un comodo accesso su uno spazio esterno in affaccio sul mare al di là di via Panoramica. Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia e come base per esplorare i meravigliosi dintorni dell’Argentario. Ci siamo innamorati di Cala del Gesso e Cala Grande, raggiungibili a pochi minuti in macchina (e una bella passeggiata, impegnativa ma affascinante) dall’alloggio. Alexander e Ariel sono stati cordiali e disponibilissimi. Consigliato!

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche in Guidos Unterkunft . Sie liegt etwas höher gelegen nicht weit von einem Großen See entfernt , den man vom Garten aus betrachten kann. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt . Der Pool ist nochmals separat eingezäunt, was es für unsere Kinder sehr sicher gemacht hat, da 2 unserer Kinder noch nicht schwimmen konnten :-) Überall stehen wundervolle Olivenbäume und in Guidos Garten steht der größte Baum . Nebenbei bemerkt bekommt man bei Guido auch eines der besten Oliven Öle aus eigener Produktion ! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe , ist sehr gepflegt , wie auch die komplette Anlage und auf den liegen bekommt man den ganzen Tag Sonne ab :-) Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Meer mit wundervollem Sandstrand beträgt ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte , es war ein toller Urlaub ! :-)

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Loved all the personal touches. She greeted us and provided us with fresh Italian pastries and showed us how to use everything in the apartment. They also scheduled transportation to the cruise port. Perfect for travelers cruising out of Civitavecchia.

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

I cannot thank Micaela enough for her kindness, patience and help when we arrived late and left the key and the phones inside. A very nice neighbor called her and she came right over to let us in. Never complained, was so hospitable and patient about the situation. Better than I might have been! Thank you for being the wonderful host you are!

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Blown away, we will be back many times

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if, like us, you were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa
