Vacation rentals with beach access in Ansedonia

We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

Martine is a wonderful hostess. Super helpful and friendly. On your homepage she gives the best tips for going out, restaurants, beaches, etc., etc. We really appreciated all this information. Martine was always available for further questions. Her apartment is lovingly and nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Martine's friend Carla. The entire 4 wochem in Follonica were magnificent. We enjoyed the apartment ourselves, the location of the apartment and the city. One small thing we missed at the end of October were warmer breathable blankets. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Martine!

This place is spectacular!! Even better than the pictures! Homaira is the perfect hostess - kind, responsive, and so very helpful. The private transports she set up for us to and from her place were excellent. Everything is within walking distance. 10 stars!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. We had a relaxing week, all above our expectations. The only weak point of the house is the very narrow bathroom and the lack of coverage of some very weak telephone networks, then everything was superfluous because we often used the outdoor shower, which is warm and very comfortable and the two TVs of the house at some moments of rest. The highlights are the air conditioning, the umbrella with chairs included, right behind the house and all the comforts you can find to spend a pleasant vacation. The house is really nice, comfortable within walking distance of the center, overlooking the pedestrian passage but it is not noisy, and on the beach it is the best to enjoy the sea. I highly recommend it.

Maurizio was a great host, picked us up from the bus stop showed us everything and even helped us rent a scooter. Very proactive and at the same time professional. The apartment has a great location, shopping and cafes are right around the corner.

Fantastic week's stay. Apartment as described and with all comforts. Great location for access to all services (beach and restaurants); car use not necessary thanks to the pedestrian tunnels that allow you to get everywhere. Plus having a parking space included in the stay. Stefano is a guarantee and super helpful. We'll be back

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s beautiful apartment. The location in Castiglione is perfect, with the beach in 150m walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable with real duvets. The heating was a real treat in winter. Everything was squeaky clean and very well equipped and Elisabetta was a friendly and responsive host who thought of everything up to dog beds and treats for our dog. We will be back for sure.

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

Everything was perfect, even the weather.

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

I believe communication is a big key when choosing where to stay.  Federica is excellent and very quick to respond making her a great host.  She lovingly cares for her flat which is very clean and well equipped.  Although we only stayed one night, we appreciated the location.  Several restaurants are nearby and being so close to the local market made for fun sightseeing.  Staying local at Casa Dharma before a cruise is a great option.

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

We can wholeheartedly recommend this place because we had a great time and felt at home. The hosts greeted us personally and were always available by mobile phone. Individual requests such as intermediate cleaning were addressed directly. The decor corresponds to the pictures. The furniture is new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen visually beautifully designed. We also loved the balcony, extra laundry room, smart TV, fast internet and AC/heater. Only suggestions for improvement: For longer stays, more tea towels, potholders, pads for the outdoor furniture and sofa pillows would be nice. Follonica is a cute resort town - great for long beach walks in October and to discover well-known nearby places like Volterra/Pisa. Unfortunately, Follonica itself seems a little extinct at that time, as some restaurants and bars are already completely closed. Thanks to Dario & Debora! :-)

I was truly impressed by Micaela's hospitality. She offered to pick us up at the airport when we arrived for a reasonable fee. She offered to take us for dinner, showed us where some of the popular spots were. she made us feel at home and cared for.

we had an excellent stay in this apartment prior to a cruise. Everything match the description and was even better in person. The host is very kind and responsive. We had several travel issues and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay in this place again - I highly recommend this apartment.

The location of the house is perfect, close to all amenities, downtown and the beach. The house is commented on its own by looking at the photos. In fact, we found an apartment with a number of tools, spaces, decor that I doubt is reachable elsewhere. Downsides: None.
