House vacation rentals in Annecy-le-Vieux

We had a wonderful weekend in Entrelac in this ideally located accommodation near Lake Aix-les-Bains. The house was impeccably clean and perfectly suited to our large group of eleven people: everyone was able to enjoy a comfortable bed, with bath towels provided, which was very much appreciated. Although the weather did not allow us to enjoy the pool, the surrounding setting was simply splendid, with stunning views of the mountains and nature. Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish, with great responsiveness and a lot of kindness. Many thanks for this stay, we highly recommend this property and will gladly come back!

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely stay of a week. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is well located, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Great villa, nice view, very close to cycling area. The place fully matches the house description. Responsive and efficient service from La Conciergerie answering quickly all our requests and helping with local advises.

It's been the 2nd year that we have come to this spacious, welcoming and well "to our liking" house, with its library, musical instruments, foosball and large garden (which helped us withstand the prolonged heatwave). Yann is a generous and thoughtful host. We enjoyed the quality of the contact and the few moments of pleasant and interesting conversations. House and garden are very well equipped, nothing is missing - except maybe 2, 3 m² in the bathroom, when there are a few of us, but it did not present any inconvenience. The region offers a wide variety of walks, excursions, hikes, visits - not to mention swimming in this beautiful Lac du Bourget. Forgetting the rather painful hours due to the weather, we stayed there, with our children and with our little girl a great stay. Chantal and Volker

A few very pleasant days in Dominique and Jean-Michel's chalet for the new year with ski resorts and beautiful hikes nearby. If we look for something in the chalet, we end up finding it, there are all the necessary amenities. Thank you for hosting us on site ☺️

Fabienne and Jean Pierre's house is well placed in a quiet alley, not far from the hiking trails. The kitchen had all the necessities. Communication was easy.

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

Sandrine and her husband are really charming and attentive. Very good location to reach the city center of Annecy on foot along the small green river…. The Thiou. Old Annecy is also beautiful… Sandrine's pretty little house gives you the opportunity to go on many hikes all around Annecy. This house also has a very nice small garden with trees and flowers. We would happily stay again, especially as this family home is regularly improved. As a little extra, in April we were able to swim in the lake and we also had the nice surprise of seeing snow on top of Semnoz...

Giuseppe's cottage and garden is beautiful. We can see a lot of love and care has been put into the cottage, including the stone and masonry, i.e. the little lizards carved into the door step. We were very lucky we got to stay so close to the mountains and the view was amazing. Everything was convenient especially the free bus travel into Annecy city center. Best accommodation so far on Airbnb! :)

Great place in an amazing location. The place is bigger than it looks in the photos and very new. The location is great to visit both lakes, a quick drive to supermarket and other shops and mostly it's extremely quiet and peaceful. It is an absolute pleasure to wake up there.

We had a great week at Nicole and Michel's house. We received a very good welcome and the house was nice. We were 2 adults and 1 3 year old child and the house was very functional, pleasant to live in and very well-equipped. There were also many games and children's books… to our son's delight! The house is very well located, in a quiet area and very well connected by public transport (7 min walk from line 2 which takes you to Annecy center in 18 min with a frequency of 20 min) We highly recommend this house for both its functionality and its guests.
