Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the lockbox is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the area and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

We stayed for a week at Bertrand's place for a business trip. Bertrand is a friendly and very welcoming host! The house is as described, clean and all the amenities offered are functional. We will be back! Thank you Bertrand for hosting us!

Passing through for the Pentecost weekend on the occasion of the great medieval festival of Andilly. We enjoyed Nathalie's accommodation with self check-in. Everything is there and a good shower, as well as good bedding is very appreciable after a long day of wandering. See you next time in the area.

Very centrally located for trips to Annecy or Chamonix. Mathias gave us great tips for excursion destinations.

Very cute and clean place. 20 min walk to train station and center. 10 min walk to the lake. Great communication with Michael. One small downside, car traffic is very present when the windows are open. I totally recommend the place:)

We spent a wonderful week in the cottage, peaceful not far from La Clusaz station, 5 min drive with underground parking (€70 for the week 24/7). There were 10 of us and no one ever complained about a lack of space. Each room had its own bathroom which is a luxury. Beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms. The only negative point is the lack of pots and pans to be able to cook for 10 people.

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

I needed to attend the Annecy Festival and this place was a five minute walk from Bonlieu which was perfect for me. The apartment was nice and spacious and had a lot of amenities and the hosts even had some snacks, coffee, etc for me which was lovely of them. I had everything I could ask for and they were very responsive. I was there for a week and later in the week it got really, really hot but luckily they had an A/C in the living room, which was a lifesaver. They were also flexible about my check-out which was very helpful as my flight was in the afternoon. Would def stay again!

Very good location near the city center. Everything is on foot, bike rental, tour of the lake, catering, train station, market in front of the apartment... The apartment is very functional, clean, refurbished, we had 3 beautiful nights there (comfortable bedding). Parking below the building is a plus. We are very pleased with our stay. I recommend it.

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Wonderful balcony on 2 sides of the accommodation with excellent seats and even sun loungers. The only downside is the main road between the accommodation and the lake. This will cause some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

You couldn't find a more central place in Annecy. Short walks to everything. Parking is very convenient down below with a lift virtually to the front door. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, and big. When you've been travelling for a while you forget how nice it is to have a bit of space until you live in an apartment like Karine's. The space is ace.

The place was clean and tidy when we arrived and as described. The directions to find the key are good and it is close to the property. The apartment is a short walk from the lake and not far from the historic center! Owners were responsive, helpful, and enjoyable. In addition, they provide great ideas for things to do during the stay. Good experience, thanks for everything:)

Stunning views from the lanai! Absolutely breathtaking scenery of the lake and mountains. The lockbox was hard to find and was completely buried in the shrubbery, which made it tricky finding it arriving at night. We would absolutely stay here again.
