Vacation rentals with lake access in Annecy-le-Vieux

A great location by the lake with lots of amenities nearby and a short walk into the old town.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Annelise and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Very good location. We had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The equipment is very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we will be happy to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. A beautiful house with top-notch comfort and impeccable cleanliness Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very responsive and pleasant people. I can't wait to get back there.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, 1 min walk from lake. Nice balcony with garden view. 25 mins walk along lakeside to old town. Large, comfy living room/kitchen + cosy bedroom. There are about 5 parking spaces immediately in front of the apartment - first come, first served but we always found a space. If no spaces, there's a big public car park 50m away - free except during peak season (July/August). Good communication from Marie Christine before & during. Met by Stefan who was helpful with check-in. Would happily visit again.

An amazing apartment in the middle of town! When the farmers market is happening you walk out right in the middle of it- very cute and quaint! The apartment was very nice and the hosts provided fans which was very necessary because it gets very hot during the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very clean. The only thing is the shower tended to spill water all over the floor, but we were given lots of towels! All in all, I’d def stay here again next time I’m in Annecy!

Can’t beat the view and the location

We spent a weekend at Sandrine and David's apartment. It is perfectly located, right in the city center, 5 minutes from the train station. They were very responsive when we had questions, I would highly recommend it

Elodie was super sweet and communicative. We loved our stay in Annecy thanks to its spacious, intimate accommodation, close to all tourist activities. This place was a big favorite for us. 🫶Elodie was attentive to our needs and super flexible, making sure at all times that our stay was fun. The accommodation is identical to the photos (very modern and clean) and everything was at our disposal for our comfort. If we ever return to Annecy, we will definitely come back to stay at Elodie's. Thanks again for this great stay ❤️

Hosts give clear, step-by-step instructions. The accommodation is very clean and matches the photos. Everything is within walking distance with private parking close to the accommodation. The bakery, fishmonger, dairy, butcher and Carrefour are within walking distance and on Wednesday there is the market that offers quality products. The automatic entry system is very good. The only downside, if you can say so: noisy neighbors who slam the doors loudly from time to time and the neighbor upstairs is also noisy at night. I give 5* because for me it is a quality home and I recommend it.

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – lovingly furnished, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family needs. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water – boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere – we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.
