House vacation rentals in Annay-sur-Serein

We (2 adults, 2 children: 3 and 6) had a very nice stay. The space, tranquility and location of the house were exactly what we were looking for (and where we were ;)). The lovely garden was optimal due to the nice week, but even with bad weather we could have entertained ourselves through the space. We had a nice walk and made laps on the road bike. Contact with owner/manager smooth, fast and friendly!

Friendly host, perfect and quiet accommodation.

We had a great time at Christine's! The kitchen is equipped and has a great view: the morning coffee in the sun was very nice! Small bonus: the cottage has many sunbeds for a quick nap in the sun. Maybe we'll come back one day in the summer to enjoy the pool:) The village is very cute, and we were also able to explore the surroundings: Semur-en-Auxois, Fontenay Abbey, Burgundy Canal, Alésia Museum, etc. We are not bored in the area!

The house is large and located in a very quiet environment in the middle of a small hamlet! Communication with Florent was smooth and efficient when we needed to communicate. We had a pleasant stay with our friends with our children in Fabienne and Régis's accommodation. Nothing to complain about, everything is well thought out, nothing was missing and our children lived in paradise for 5 days with all the activities that the accommodation offers. The accommodation is arranged in attic on the grounds of Marie Thérèse who lives nearby. it is bright, equipped with all modern comforts, and Thérèse is a very attentive host. Flexible schedules are appreciated. In short, everything went very well. We love the area and will be back in a heartbeat. Thanks to Thérèse.

The place was very clean, located in a beautiful and very quiet countryside not far from Avallon. Very good equipment for the number of guests. Recommended for unwinding.

We stayed one night at Christian's place for a wedding. The gite is conveniently located to get to the wedding room. The accommodation suited us perfectly, large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all the necessities. Very nice cottage. I recommend it.

We are delighted with our stay. The environment is exceptional: beautiful, quiet and very pleasant. The house is ideal for a moment with family or friends, functional, warm and tastefully decorated. We received a very good welcome and enjoyed a superb visit to the mill. It is possible to buy specialties on site (oil produced at the mill, pasta, spreads...), which we obviously took advantage of. We'll be back with pleasure in this idyllic place.

We had a wonderful stay with friends in this beautiful home! The space is perfect for hosting large groups, with spacious rooms and charm that makes the place even warmer. The kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for group meals, and the rooms are comfortable. Vikki was very welcoming and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation is spacious, the equipment varied and complete, the bedding of good quality. The living room - with a large bay window overlooking the garden - is vast and bright, which contributes to the well-being of the occupants. Although in the early days of April , we were able to enjoy the garden in the early evening. It was nice to have an aperitif in this peaceful and enclosed space. Finally, we were kindly welcomed by our host, Erhal, attentive and responsive during the prior exchanges. We were five adults and are unanimous in recommending this rental, conducive to a successful stay.

This is our 2nd stay at Sophie and Martin's and we highly recommend this place. It feels like home! It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We particularly appreciated its location in a very quiet little country village.
