Bathroom area with walk-in shower, sink and chemical toilet. Sofa bed and TV. Wood-burning stove (wood provided) and oil-filled radiator. Parking available. Close to the Burgundy Canal and the castles of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc and Maulnes. Restaurants in the area. Quiet area ideal for stopover or stay/visit.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Located along the canal, in the heart of Chablis, our typical Burgundy cottage will welcome you in a charming setting. Its terrace , its garden bring a very pleasant outdoor space, perfectly exposed to rest. The largest wine estates, as well as the most beautiful panoramas of Chablis are very close. Composed of two bedrooms, a living area, and a vintage-style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many restaurants in Chablis.

Country house bordered by a large exterior to spend a weekend with friends or family in the heart of the Auxois countryside and on the border of Morvan. The location is ideal if you want to discover the jewels of our beloved Burgundy such as Semur en Auxois, Alesia, Flavigny as well as Vezelay and many more. Two highway exits are 15 km away. Our village of Epoisses is looking forward to hosting you to discover its beautiful heritage.

You can take nice bike rides, walk, with your dog, visit castles, vineyards, beautiful villages around the cottage. Close to the village halls. Cocooning cottage, fully equipped, sleeps 4 people. Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.

Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

Rent small country house, per night. Located in Nitry (exit 21 of the A6), village close to certain tourist places such as Basilica of Vézelay, Chablis vineyard, medieval city of Noyers.
