Villa vacation rentals in Annakhil

We have just returned from a week long stay at Marielle’s villa. Family of four with 2 teenagers. Marielle was very responsive, answered questions and gave us some great suggestions of how to spend our time in Marrakesh. We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The garden and outside seating are lovely. The pool was bigger than we expected, and is set among the orange and olive trees which provided a relaxing calm space to off set the liveliness of Marrakesh. It’s about 30 mins to the medina, and makes exploring the Atlas Mountains very accessible. We had an evening meal and breakfast prepared by Fatima which was all delicious. Ayoub, the care taker is very communicative, always on hand but in no way instructive. He helped us arrange activities in the area which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this Villa, and we hope to stay again

Magnifique séjour passé à la villa Koutoubia entre amis. La villa, le jardin, la piscine tout était parfait 👍 La villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Fatima et Abdou, je recommande leur service les yeux fermés. La communication avec Sybille a été très bonne du début à la fin. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir !

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison ,L’endroit est idéal pour se détendre ,le jardin est spacieux pour les enfants La maison est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Sabrina est très réactive et arrangeante car dans notre cas nous avions besoin d’un lit supplémentaire enfant . Un grand merci à Zineb, la gouvernante, qui a pris soin de nous tout au long du séjour. Ses plats typiquement marocains étaient absolument délicieux. Nous aimerions y revenir un jour

Un séjour merveilleux dans une villa magnifique et confortable. Nous avons séjourné un peu plus d une semaine et avons pleinement profité des commodités de la villa : piscine chauffée, table de ping pong, preparation de succulents plats par la merveilleuse Khadija, wifi haut débit et literie de qualité. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa avec un hôte Rachid réactif et sympathique !

Hôtes et collaborateurs accueillants et proactifs. Très jolie maison, 100% conforme aux photos et à la description. Bien située, malgré sa position dans le couloir aérien de Marrakech. Nous recommandons vivement !

We had an incredible 3-week stay with my family, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The house and property are absolutely stunning—honestly even better than the pictures! The pool is big, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather, and everything is beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. Communication with John was smooth and easy from start to finish, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Hayat, who prepared us delicious meals every day—we truly felt spoiled. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Merci pour ce séjour Communication top, très réactif Piscine grande et top, salons de jardin agréable Une seule chose concernant la distance de Marrakech, la maison est proche de la ville de Loudaya, il faut compter 25/30 min pour arriver sur Marrakech, nombreux radars et contrôles routiers donc durée prolongée parfois. La maison est dans une propriété entourée d’oliviers, c’est très reposant Grand merci au Gardien Abdeljalil, toujours disponible, qui nous as concocté des repas et petits déjeuners succulents

Amazing Villa , amazing staff who made the most wonderful food I have ever eaten ! Every bedroom was beautiful . Lots to do at the Villa for our family , and the transport and drivers were great for getting to and from the airport and into the centre. Would love to return one day .

La villa est parfaite, toutes les pièces sont très spacieuses. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, Abdelhakim et sa femme sont très réactifs, ils nous ont donnés de très bons conseils sur les restaurants à faire et les choses à faire à Marrakech. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leurs demander. Ne pas hésiter également à faire appel à Fouzia qui nous a préparer de très bons petits plats. Seul petit point qui ne peut pas être améliorer: l’exposition du soleil sur la piscine qui malheureusement est à l’ombre à partir 14h mais le soleil est présent sur les transats dans le jardin. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir et à conseiller cette magnifique villa à nos proches.

Le logement était super beau on étais bien accueilli, et super bien servi toujours à notre disposition, la demi -pension excellente je le conseille au 100%. Merci encore et j'espère à bientôt !

Lilya was a great host, so responsive and always there to help. I would recommend staying at her beautiful house, it’s a fantastic place for some winter sun. If you are looking to get into Marrakech it is quite far outside so be prepared.

Had my hen weekend here and everything was perfect! The villa is stunning and Mohamed was a perfect host. Responsive and went above and beyond to make the weekend special for me and my friends. Will definitely be coming again!

Kacem, notre hôte, a été d’une gentillesse remarquable , il incarne à la perfection l’hospitalité marocaine. Un grand bravo également aux cuisinières, qui nous ont régalés avec de délicieux plats tout en restant d’une grande discrétion. Merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el primer momento, la atención del personal fue cálida, profesional y siempre atenta a cada detalle. Nos recibieron con una sonrisa y nos hicieron sentir como en casa, ofreciendo recomendaciones personalizadas y resolviendo cualquier duda o necesidad con rapidez y amabilidad. La casa estaba impecable, perfectamente equipada y decorada con mucho gusto. Cada rincón transmite calma y confort. Además, se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada aspecto de la experiencia, desde la limpieza hasta los pequeños detalles de bienvenida. Sin duda, uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado. Recomendamos esta casa al 100% y estamos deseando volver. ¡Cinco estrellas bien merecidas!

Great Stay at this Villa, the house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked well and we enjoyed the cinema room, its also close to Marrakech city center

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa, véritable havre de paix. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique et sécurisé, un golf avec une vue imprenable sur l’Atlas. La maison, propre et parfaitement équipée, nous a séduit par son charme authentique et sa touche marocaine, exactement ce que nous étions venus chercher. À l’extérieur, tout est pensé pour le plaisir et la détente : la piscine chauffée, les jeux pour enfants, le jacuzzi... tout était réuni pour que nous passions des moments inoubliables avec nos enfants. Mais ce qui rend ce lieu vraiment unique, c’est l’accueil incroyable. Kacem est un hôte d'une rare gentillesse et d'un grand respect, tandis que Ouafa, cuisinière talentueuse et discrète, régale avec des plats faits maison, jusqu'au pain. Nous sommes littéralement tombés sous le charme de cet endroit, au point de regretter de ne pas y être restés plus longtemps.

Logement exceptionnel dans un bon cadre calme et paisible. Idéal pour une famille avec enfants. La piscine chauffée était top ainsi que le terrain de foot. Proximité des commerces et facile d’accès. Merci Smahine pour la communication proactive. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce logement, nous avons adoré notre séjour! Ryslaine nous a conseillé taxi restaurant, petit déjeuner, coiffeur, hammam! Tellement gentille et accueillante merci à elle! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir Tout était top ! Merci 🙏🏻

What a lovely week we spent in Adbou's beautiful villa! The pool and garden area are even more beautiful than the photos. We went with our 3 children (1, 4,5) and they all loved the villa. It especially worked well on the hotter days (27+) as the cold water pool was really refreshing, and the villa stays very cool inside. We needed to do quite alot of super market trips into Marrakech as there really isn't any other local shops- so definitely worth getting a rental car as it's a 30, sometimes 40 minutes trip each way. Abdou and his wife cooked me and my husband a meal on one of the nights which was a real treat. The garden is so beautifully kept and very private, with eating areas etc so we spent most of our time out there. Inside the kitchen had everything we needed (although I struggled with the drip coffee machine!) and showers get nice and hot. WiFi comes in and out but worked well most days. I hope we will be able to come back again!

Superbe découverte c est le meilleur air bnb que j ai pu faire sur Marrakech...propre calme dépaysant. très jolie piscine et la villa c est mon coup de coeur. A très vite je l espère.
