Villa vacation rentals in Annakhil

We have just returned from a week long stay at Marielle’s villa. Family of four with 2 teenagers. Marielle was very responsive, answered questions and gave us some great suggestions of how to spend our time in Marrakesh. We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The garden and outside seating are lovely. The pool was bigger than we expected, and is set among the orange and olive trees which provided a relaxing calm space to off set the liveliness of Marrakesh. It’s about 30 mins to the medina, and makes exploring the Atlas Mountains very accessible. We had an evening meal and breakfast prepared by Fatima which was all delicious. Ayoub, the care taker is very communicative, always on hand but in no way instructive. He helped us arrange activities in the area which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this Villa, and we hope to stay again

Beautiful place and amenities. Staff was great and the host organized really good team for transporting us everyday. Marrakech is beautiful. Villa is a distance from downtown but the peacefullness makes up for it.

We absolutely loved our time at Sabrina’s - absolutely stunning house and gardens, so very peaceful and relaxing. Sabrina’s housekeeper Zineb took such good care of us and cooked delicious meals for us, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can’t recommend her place more highly.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and comfortable villa. We stayed a little over a week and took full advantage of the villa's amenities: heated pool, ping pong table, preparation of delicious dishes by the wonderful Khadija, high-speed Wi-Fi and quality bedding. We had an incredible 3-week stay with my family, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The house and property are absolutely stunning—honestly even better than the pictures! The pool is big, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather, and everything is beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. Communication with John was smooth and easy from start to finish, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks for the stay Great communication, very responsive Large and top pool, nice garden furniture Only one thing about the distance from Marrakech, the house is close to the city of Loudaya, it takes 25/30 min to get to Marrakech, many radars and road checks so extended duration sometimes. The house is in a property surrounded by olive trees, it's very relaxing Many thanks to the Guardian Abdeljalil, always available, who cooked us delicious meals and breakfasts

Amazing Villa , amazing staff who made the most wonderful food I have ever eaten ! Every bedroom was beautiful . Lots to do at the Villa for our family , and the transport and drivers were great for getting to and from the airport and into the centre. Would love to return one day .

Lilya was a great host, so responsive and always there to help. I would recommend staying at her beautiful house, it’s a fantastic place for some winter sun. If you are looking to get into Marrakech it is quite far outside so be prepared.

This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic - well and truly above all expectations! Great Stay at this Villa, the house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked well and we enjoyed the cinema room, its also close to Marrakech city center

We had an exceptional stay in this villa, a true haven of peace. The setting is simply beautiful and secure, a golf course with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. The house, clean and perfectly equipped, seduced us with its authentic charm and Moroccan touch, exactly what we were looking for. Outside, everything is designed for fun and relaxation: the heated pool, the games for children, the jacuzzi... everything was brought together so that we could spend unforgettable moments with our children. But what makes this place truly unique is the incredible hospitality. Kacem is a host of rare kindness and great respect, while Ouafa, a talented and discreet cook, delights with homemade dishes, even bread. We literally fell in love with this place, to the point of regretting not having stayed longer.

Exceptional accommodation in a good quiet and peaceful setting. Ideal for a family with kids. The heated pool was great as well as the football field. Proximity to shops and easy access. Thank you Smahine for the proactive communication. We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood, about 15 mins walk to the Medina. Ryslaine was really helpful and responsive to all queries. Would recommend (family of 4 with 2 teenagers).

What a lovely week we spent in Adbou's beautiful villa! The pool and garden area are even more beautiful than the photos. We went with our 3 children (1, 4,5) and they all loved the villa. It especially worked well on the hotter days (27+) as the cold water pool was really refreshing, and the villa stays very cool inside. We needed to do quite alot of super market trips into Marrakech as there really isn't any other local shops- so definitely worth getting a rental car as it's a 30, sometimes 40 minutes trip each way. Abdou and his wife cooked me and my husband a meal on one of the nights which was a real treat. The garden is so beautifully kept and very private, with eating areas etc so we spent most of our time out there. Inside the kitchen had everything we needed (although I struggled with the drip coffee machine!) and showers get nice and hot. WiFi comes in and out but worked well most days. I hope we will be able to come back again!
