Cozy, self-sufficient tiny house in the countryside

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Our quiet apartment (32 m²), overlooking the Tennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!

We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking available on the property.
