All facilities are located on the ground floor. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600m from coastline. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blockarts and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you can find beautiful walking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.
