We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

We loved Amy’s place . Walkable to so many fun things , including the boat ramp if you do any excursions. We rented a golf cart and it was awesome and a short ride to Bean Point. The place is equipped with everything you need and more - the beach Chairs and umbrella really were nice to have. We loved the spa pool and it was so nice to dip in that after a long day at the beach. We loved AMI and hope to come back again. If your looking for a great place to- you have found it .

Wonderful home in Anna Maria! Very close to the beach, pool was a nice break from the sun and many beach and pool supplies! Mark was gracious and allowed us to check in earlier as well- this was a life saver with the kids and heat! Would stay again!

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

We absolutely loved staying at AMI Retreat! The pool was great and loved having in the backyard, the beach access was close by and we would highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around town. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This home is super clean, well styled, and spacious. The backyard oasis is amazing - very private and quiet. The location is great; the home is close to all amenities as well as the beach. Communication with the host was exceptional. Dana is super responsive and very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend booking this home!

INCREDIBLE. This home was a mile beyond any other place we have stayed. It was exactly as described and yet exceeded every expectation. It is obvious Rosa has taken great pride to make this a 5-star stay. The real gem is the pool and hot tub. The backyard had it all and was perfect for family fun or a night time soak. I highly recommend Matthew’s place. It’s literally a 3 minute walk to Holmes Beach which is perfect! It’s not crowded and the beach is so clean. We stayed on side B which was perfect for the two of us. Definitely space for 4 or 5 people with the large king size bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked, although we didn’t cook much. We were so close to everything. I will definitely stay here again!

Kris ha sido un excelente anfitrión. Nos quedamos con mi marido y dos niños (6 y 8 anos) se encuentra a solo dos cuadras de la Playa lo que le da una ubicación excelente. Es muy recomendable para ir con niños porque la piscina y el jacuzzi le dan un after beach genial ! Tiene una barbacoa excelente que disfrutamos en nuestras cenas . Kris fue muy amable de dejarnos hacer un late check out porque nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde así que un diez todo. Seguramente volveremos !! Vale cada centavo . No duden en quedarse con Kris que es una persona maravillosa. Thank you very much Kris ! We spend a wonderful time in your house and we take a great memories . We will be back !

Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! Thank you so much for everything!

Kim's place was exactly as described and seen in photos. The large yard made it easy for my dogs to feel at home. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance or very short car ride. The beach down the street was so private and away from the larger crowds on the other side. Very nice neighborhood.

Fins to the right is directly on the beach and is the perfect location for some R&R. It has just been refurbished and is beautifully decorated and specked. It was sad to see the devastation from the hurricanes, but didn’t detract from our holiday. We had a fantastic 6 nights away. We may be back if we venture back to this part of the world again. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was a beautiful little oasis—perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach. Leah was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to visit again!

The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The house was in the great location close to the beach and was clean. It had everything we needed, plus more. Plenty of extra beach towels and linens, toilet paper and paper towels. We loved Anna Maria Island, and we hope to return soon! Thank you!

Our stay was perfect! We loved the proximity to the beach. Even though it's a couple of blocks away it felt as though we were closer. The pool is lovely! All of the beds were comfortable. Yes there is traffic noise because the home is located on the main road through Anna Maria but it was nothing that bothered us enough to ruin our vacation. A couple of things to note; the kitchen does not have "extras" like spices/salt & pepper, etc. Dish soap is provided but we had to buy more for we were a party of 5 and did dishes on the daily. Overall, I highly recommend the home and we hope to get the chance to visit again!

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

Our stay was fabulous, everything on the villa was brand new after the terrible hurricanes the previous year and we were the lucky first ones to stay there. Our hosts Allan & Kathy were beyond welcoming and friendly and so helpful in many, many ways! Location was perfect, steps to the beach and also walking distance to great bars and food. We can’t wait to return and spend more evenings sat out the back watching the geckos, thank you so much Allan & Kathy.
