Some of the rugs have curled edges that create a trip hazard. Had problems with tv’s.

Very comfortable king size bed. Quiet apartment and felt safe and at home there. Very clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely stay again when I’m back in Iowa.

We were a group of 11 and Jody was very helpful with our last min plans after another AirBnb cancelled on us last min. This is a yearly even that we do in Des Moines and look forward to booking from him in the future.

What a gem! From the time I booked the accommodations to the time we checked out everything was perfect. I know we will be back in West DesMoines and will definitely check to see if this unit is available. It was so nice sitting back in the room relaxing as our family gathered.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, centralized location in Des Moines that comfortably accommodated my fam of 4 and my mom for a 3 day trip to visit college friends, relax, and enjoy family time. My kids loved the Pac Mac Machine and hot tub and the adults liked how much comfortable space there was for everyone. We walked to La Mie cafe and bakery for breakfast (it is a must for anyone visiting), took a short drive to Grays Lake for outdoor time, the Art Museum was such an unexpected gem (I can’t recommend it enough); and restaurants like St Kilde’s and Either/Or were big hits. The communication with the hosts was pleasant, responsive and easy! I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Des Moines.

The house was perfect. Very clean and we felt right at home. The beds are very comfy. Leann and Joe are very responsive and extremely helpful!

This was an amazing option for us. We came to wrestle at a tournament but didn't have a lot of down time but when we did the girls had so much to do. The game rooms were amazing. Thank you so much for having us. Red Venom Woman's Wrestling Team

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!

I loved the feel of the home! Was able to accommodate my working schedule with a small office and a fully fenced in yard for the puppies! It had a lot of space for the dogs to roam and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity. David was super responsive and I felt right at home.

Colby’s Instructions were very helpful and clearly written it’s obvious he is very experienced. The house was beautiful plenty of space to sit, sleep, and eat and in a quiet spot. The amenities were great having a dumpster there was very helpful multiple fridges and plenty of parking. The barn was very cool my guests were not expecting anything like that, we all had a lot of fun and had no problems keeping the place clean and following the rules.

Erin communicated everything very well and had everything set up as described. The house was clean and was greatly priced for the area and the amount of rooms.

Veena is a great host, she responded quickly and was very helpful. The home was clean and neat and had everything we needed. This home can accommodate a large group easily, with 7 adults it didn’t feel like we were ever fighting for space. We stayed during the Des Moines marathon. Between the deck space, the spacious upstairs, and the living spaces there was more than enough room to come together or separate and relax. The house is located just outside of downtown and there is a grocery store close by. We were fortunate to be able to eat home cooked meals for most of our time there thanks to all of the amenities. We brought a propane tank to use the grill one night and cooked up many meals in advance. This is a great choice for families or groups!

Laura is very responsive, providing easy instructions and the home was just what we needed for our visit with family.

Overall great stay and great communication! Would stay there again!

We have stayed here several times as it is very close to family but still gives us our own space. Never had any issues. Be sure to have breakfast at Sweet Oaks just a block away!

We stayed here for a cheer competition at the fairgrounds. It worked out perfectly to not fight the parking lots and were able to walk across the street! It was a great location and close by to things we are interested in. House was well kept, nice and clean! The neighbors were very friendly as well. Thanks for the great stay!
