Zafer was helpful and the room was so clean and comfortable. Only bad thing was the refrigerator was not working.

There was a lot of attention to hygiene during our stay, flexible check-in was offered. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful, and even though it was new, a complete service was provided. The staff is also very respectful and caring. You can create your reservation without a second thought.

Very nice place with a friendly accommodating host. A bit away from the center but close enough and cheaper than more central places, so it’s worth it. A quick ride on a metro to the very center. Room is quiet & big, enough space to stretch or do yoga. Extra couch and computer table are nice for working. The apartment had some issue with hot water and heating which the host warned me about before confirming the booking, but it got fixed and while it was being fixed Jacquelin got me a space heater for my room to make sure I stay warm, which was super accommodating. Perfect place for working introverts who like peace and quiet and not too many people. There was only Jacquelin and occasionally her partner there (who actually fixed the water heater) and no others guests which I appreciated. You sometimes can run into Airbnbs with way too many guests. Jacquelin disclosed right away - no other guests. Airbnb doesn’t require to disclose that info so appreciate it when hosts do. Thank you!

I stayed in this house for 5 days, I had such a wonderful time. The host is an incredibly warm, cultural, welcoming , helpful and kind person. Helped me with everything and made me feel at home. We enjoyed our stay at Gülcihan’s airbnb again this year. She is very easy to communicate with and responsive to messages and texts. Check-in and check-out were convenient and easy. The location is very close to groceries, restaurants and everything you need. Thank you for a nice stay😊

I booked the accommodation for my mom. She speaks highly of the apartment, which is very well equipped. And Tugrul is a very responsive host, he is always there in case you need any information, great communication!

The priorities were as seen in the photos. The house was very clean, complete, peaceful. The host, Nick, gentleman, was quick to respond to all our issues. Lucky for us, we couldn't get out much because it snowed a lot during my stay. But the house is not lacking at all. There are large markets and cafes within walking distance. Transportation can be provided by public transportation in terms of location. If you have a car, you can relax a little more. Everything was as we expected. Thank you so much for a nice stay.

Extremely satisfied, I did not encounter any problems other than minor deficiencies. It was as if I lived in my own home. It is not to be considered as a negative criticism, for the first time, according to me, a few mandatory items need to be kept as a standard, so I don't know where to go because I went to the neighborhood for the first time, which caused me to be a little confused, but I was able to make it ready for use in a few hours. If I visit again, it will be the first address I will go to:)
