Beachfront vacation rentals in Anini Beach

This condo was the PERFECT location, especially with kiddos. The huge lawn was so fun to play on, we could walk to two beaches including Poipu and the coffee shop across the street was soooo yummy, we went to the pool at the Athletic Club everyday which was so fun and convenient and it was great that both the pool and beach had towel rentals (free). We even got snorkel rentals right at the beach. The condo was equipped with an umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs which made for a really comfortable time.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

When we return to Kauai, our trip will be based around when we can book C5, as we felt everything was amazing and perfect for our liking. Thank you Greg!!

Craig’s condo was the perfect place! Located in Princeville close to many restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. The condo offered great light and was spacious. Although it was just two of us (and our pup), the condo could comfortably accommodate a family or group. We would definitely recommend for a vacation in the Princeville/Hanalei area.

Great condo in a great resort! Waking up to the view in the backyard is all I have to say. Absolutely gorgeous. In addition to that, the condo itself was wonderful. Extremely spacious. The host was great, as well. I would definitely stay here again! Just a great experience overall.

We have stayed at several places in Kauai and by far this one has been the best. The host is very responsive and was accommodating to our schedules. The condo is spectacular, very clean, it has lots of open space, vaulted ceilings, big bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very high end and works well, including the A/C which kept us very cool. The view from the lenai was the best part, it’s breath taking and the pictures don’t do it justice. We were able to watch sunrises, moonrises and it is covered so it kept us dry if it rained. There is even a front porch extending from the guest room where you can see the mountains and a peek of the sunset. The location is great as there is a beautiful beach you can easily hike to from there. Otherwise it’s a short drive to numerous other beaches. I highly recommended this condo, it has everything you would need and want to have a relaxed and comfortable stay. We are already planning to book the condo again the next time we come back!

Our grandson and his wife stayed in this Princeville condo for their honeymoon. They said their stay was amazing! The condo was just what they wanted and expected from the listing. There was everything they needed for their day trips to the beach or for hiking. The front desk was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great place, quiet with a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding mountains in the background of the community

The unit was in a beautiful, peaceful location—perfectly situated between the ocean and hills. It was conveniently close to Hanalei, Ha’ena State Park, and provided easy access to Na Pali Coast boat tours, shops, and restaurants. My family truly enjoyed our time here. The in-unit laundry was especially convenient, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils we needed. The only challenge was finding the unit when we arrived at night, but everything else went smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Sheila was always quick to respond and assist with any issues. The apartment is spacious, private, quiet, and beautiful. My husband worked during part of our stay and the WiFi was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and playground areas with our two toddlers and had enough space inside the apartment for the four of us. Overall would absolutely stay again!

This place is centrally located on the island which makes it a great place to stay for the duration of your trip because it's easy to get from place to place and it's right next to three of our favorite restaurants/cafe's! It has an amazing ocean view and amazing price! Everything was clean. There's a pool right out front too and an amazing bed of grass and nice walkway. We will definitely be coming back. Unbeatable price.

Mira’s place was the perfect Kauai stay! The space was right on the beach, surrounded by lots of amenities and very easy to find. Recommend to anyone visiting Kauai!

Beautiful place to watch sunrise every morning. Place was squeaky clean so hats off to the cleaners getting all that sand out. Appreciated the plentiful bath towels and beach towels. Decorations were tasteful and smart TV worked well for R&R in the evenings. Two minor cons: footfall from neighbor upstairs is loud so wear ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. AC unit in the bedroom doesn’t quite cool the living room and is too loud at night to leave on so ends up being a bit warm at times but ceiling fans on both rooms helped. Overall a charming and nice stay but a few things to keep in mind in case you’re especially sensitive

Beautiful and secluded location right on the water. The views are unmatched. The cottage is removed from the crowds around Hanalei which is great for privacy but will be a decent drive to most restaurants and stores. The cottage maximizes the views with large windows facing the water. Since there is not A/C in the cottage (as indicated in the listing), we'd recommend to future guests to try and arrive in the afternoon to get the fans going and open the windows so that you can sleep at a comfortable temperature. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The place surpassed all our expectations. The views from the balcony of the mountains, lush trees, flowers and waterfalls are so beautiful. We definitely want to go back. You will not be disappointed!!

This house was perfect. The porch was nestled up against the forest and we had horses visit us each day. It was a very short walk to a quiet beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for groceries. Honestly didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere else on the island because this place was so relaxing.

Danielle’s place perfectly matched the pictures and description. Nicely updated interior, clean and modern, completely free of any clutter. It was wonderful waking up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning. A fun little hike to the secluded beach. The community pool was quiet and relaxing with a nice view of the ocean thrown in. All and all a great place and nice locale for all that surrounded the area.

We loved our stay here. My wife & I were both impressed with the room itself - great kitchen with new appliances , convenient coffee bar, spacious bathroom and shower, and very nice to have in-unit laundry with detergent supplied for us! The place also had all the beach gear you could need. Then, the resort amenities were top notch. Great pool & hot tub, lovely fire pit seating area with spectacular views, and great activities available like tennis and pickleball. There’s a bit of a walk down to the beach, but the resort offers complimentary golf cart rides that were always quickly accessible for us if we didn’t want to walk. And, getting down to the beach was absolutely worth it - gorgeous views! We will hope to be back again!

The cottage was a fantastic launching pad and spot to relax/recoup. It was even more private feeling than the pictures depict. The cottage is surrounded by landscaping that makes the cottage, deck, and shower feel very protected, and quiet…. Yet also safe. The cottage kitchen is well appointed - making it easy to cook (or bbq out back) my meals. The cottage is located next to an easy to access beach, where you’ll often have it to yourself. Taline and Dan were awesome hosts with lots of local knowledge and were extremely responsive. The location is also such that it’s easy to find good food, and places to relax and explore.
