Absolutely amazing place to stay in Kauai! Beautiful condo, facing the trees in the balcony, located in the best neighborhood of the island. We booked it last minute and Lani was super responsive and helpful - not only with the checkin, but especially by providing her recommendations about the island, which we loved! It truly exceeded our expectations, especially for being walking distance from Hideaways beach. It’s a must visit if you like snorkeling, every day we saw so many sea turtles! There’s almost no parking at the beach, so you have to stay in a place as Lani’s to be able to visit.

We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

Ideal location for our honeymoon purposes. Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to lots of activities, and with an ocean view. We initially had a problem with the lock, but that was resolved and gave us no further trouble.

Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay on the North side. Conveniently located, very clean and well-designed. Only stayed 2 nights but wished we could have stayed longer!

The view from the apartment was spectacular! We really enjoyed having our breakfast and evening drinks on the lanai watching the surf. The layout of the apartment was lovely. It had all that we needed. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach towels and umbrella being available as well. Eric was very responsive and provided an excellent info book of things to do on the island, not just the North Shore. We highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! Quiet and beautiful area and very close to various food and shopping spots, as well as only 8 minutes from Hanalei bay. Michal was very communicative and helpful. Loved this spot as our home base for exploring the north and east shores. Beds are super comfy, laundry comes in clutch, and the deck with the jungle noises was idyllic.

This was a wonderful place to stay on the island and Enas was always quick to respond to my questions and very helpful. It was SO great to have beach equipment, parking, and the lovely sound of the ocean to make our stay extra fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Enas!

Our stay at Jon's condo was AMAZING!!!!!! The entire property is so beautiful and so well maintained. The amount of flowers are so beautiful! The condo is perfect from the minute you walk in! The view out the slider of the beautiful grass area that flows right on to the beach and ocean was spectacular!! There's absolutely everything you need in the condo and it is beautiful. We felt right at home the minute we walked in! In less than a 5 minute walk there's the Lava Lava Beach Club for dining and cocktails on the beach. They have live music in the evening which we really enjoyed. Also the Coconut Marketplace is just another few minutes past Lava Lava. There's restaurants and shops were great. Whatever you do you Must have a Shave Ice at JoJo's! The best! We would certainly stay there again and are looking forward to a return visit!! Mahalo Jon and Sabrina!!

Amazing home and host!! Great stay in a peaceful neighborhood! Princeville is definitely where to stay for a peaceful and relaxing pace when visiting Kauai. Everything was clean with clear instructions, amenities were awesome and recommendations from Diana were great!!

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Short walk to everything Princeville has to offer and a short drive to Hanalei and Anini beach. Gorgeous property in an even more stunning area. Condo was sparkling clean and fully stocked with anything you could need for a beach day. Very much enjoyed the cats that live in the neighborhood 🐱 - would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this little spot! Only downside is the parking deal but that’s Hawaii for you.

Well appointed condo in perfect location. We've stayed in several Pale Ke Kua condos and this is our favorite. Sunrise from the lanai every day, sunsets over Bali Hai just steps away. The Quiet corner of Princeville yet easy access to everything. Thanks Sally...we'll be back!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai. The lanai faced directly out over the ocean. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning. The beach was very private and not that many people. Beautiful sand and the waves were very calm. There were also a lot of shops within walking distance of our unit. Also, the long walking path was right outside the condo so we were able to go for nice walks every morning.

This was an amazing stay! The house is beautifully decorated and the layout is just amazing. I don’t have one bad thing to say about our stay. 5+ stars for this home. Our kids had a great time in their bedrooms and felt right at home. Thank you for making our stay so special! Aloha

Absolutely wonderful spot. We visited Kaua’i with intentions of relocating there next year. This place was just what we needed. The best part is that everything is walking distance: the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and even a pharmacy. We stayed 9 days and felt right at home. There’s lots of kitchen supplies to make smoothies in the morning, cook lunch, and bbq dinner by the pool. This was perfect because I’m a personal trainer and don’t eat out too much. Thank you for the best visit 💞😊

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and Alex’s place was great for our stay! The place was clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to get coffee across the street and eating at the local spots. It was well stocked with anything you’d need for a beach day. The mattress in the master bed was also a little stiff and I wish it was closer to the beach or had a closer beach view, but it is within a few minutes walk of a nearby beach. Overall, it’s centrally located in the south shore and I’d recommend to stay in this place!

Michael’s place was the perfect stay!! It was absolutely beautiful, with all new finishings and spotless. The sofa bed was comfy as well as the king size bed. It had everything we needed. Excellent amenities and well stocked. Amazing location too. Literally the perfect stay!
