Monthly Rentals in Anica Kuk

We loved our stay during the Easter time. Very private and peaceful. Zadar is the city that is the nearest, approx. 20min drive. Beach access and good internet. Recommended!

Very nice place to stay!

We stayed in Croatia, rented an apartment in Ivan, we were very satisfied! The apartment is clean, everything is as pictured, the beach is literally 10 meters away, there are two wonderful cafes nearby. Free umbrellas and sunbeds are provided on the beach, which was very convenient. Host Ivan was always in touch, allowed to use the grill on the premises, where there is a comfortable large table for alfresco lunches and dinners. Free parking was a nice bonus. The only thing missing was a corkscrew, but we bought it and left it for other guests. It would also be handy to have a microwave to warm up food and a broom with a scoop so you can clean up a bit as sand is applied from the beach. But it's not critical. Otherwise, everything is great, we recommend it!

We were very pleased with the place and the communication with Maja. She always responded quickly and helped us with questions. For us, the place was sufficient as a family with two children (3 and 6 years), especially since we were mostly in Paklenica National Park during the day. The children could easily run out, the nearest busy road is 100 m away. Several local small pebble beaches are within walking distance or a very short drive.
