A unique stay! Xavier and his wife Fatima welcomed us despite it being Christmas. Xavier showed us the accommodation and told us about things to do. Thanks to them, we had a memorable Christmas with their Portuguese cuisine, we loved our stay. Many thanks to Xavier and his wife for all they did to make our stay extraordinary. We did everything on foot and parking was directly in front of the rental by chance. I highly recommend going!!!

Jose and Carla are very nice and welcoming, they even gave us something to make our breakfast! Nothing is missing, everything is perfect! We'll be sure to sing its praises! The accommodation is spacious and very well maintained, tastefully decorated and the location is beautiful, quiet and the view from the terrace is splendid.

We were so amazed by this home. It is a very unique setting with a close up view of the twin islands. What stands out are the stunning ocean views from multiple rooms, walking paths along the ocean, unique layout of the rooms and well equipped kitchen. We felt right at home. Carla and Manuel, the property managers, were attentive and gracious, always going the extra mile for whatever we asked of them. Judith was a super Host, very responsive and helpful. Great restaurants nearby. Beautiful walk on the coast to Rocha, one of the best recommended by Manuel. We will definitely be back.

Helder's place is just as beautiful as it looks in the listing. It is very private with ocean views and lots of fresh air. On a clear day, walk up to the upstairs patio facing the coast and take in the fresh air and natural beauty of the island. It's just a short drive from Angra, and an even shorter drive to some of the most amazing restaurants on the island (e.g., Taberna Roberto, Quinta do Martelo). And as if that wasn't enough, Helder was very gracious in helping us with challenges we faced due to some unusually harsh weather during our visit. His proactive and very responsive communication saved the day a couple times. We will absolutely book this home again on our next trip to the island.
