Great location, perfect for families. Wish we could have stayed longer.

perfect holiday stay for a family. Views, beach access, lawn to play on and the lock up garage for surf boards and bikes was a major bonus. Relaxed from the very first moment and already planning our next visit.

We stayed here for a week with our teenagers. The peaceful cul-de-sac location with the sound of the ocean was brilliant. Gorgeous walks along the beach from the back gate were divine. Woolgoola is only a short drive away for supplies. The house was well equipped, clean and we hope to return. Thanks

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house has had a massive refurb and made the place so much bigger and even better. The pictures DO NOT do the place justice. From the moment you first communicate with Raymond and Julieann to the moment you check out this house and the experience of being in Broomshead will never disappoint you. There is nothing you need to bring except yourself, some clothes and food. Everything else is provided including the welcome eggs, milk, bread, butter, coffee and tea supplies. My family loves staying here and compared to the other places in Brooms that we have stayed over the years this is number 1 by a mile. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this house again. We were even granted an early check in before noon. Well done Raymond and Julieann you have an amazing place.

The home was exceptionally spacious, with 3 breakout areas and all the amenities one needed, to feel “at home”. The community of the home, is very safe and a very close distance, for a short walk to the beach or alternatively to the town centre. This home is ideal for a group of 8 and is well cared for, by Linda in her sound communication and kind hospitality. We will definitely return to “The White House”.

A very comfortable, warm & friendly home. Fully equiped with everything you would need, kitchen, linen, towels. It was just like being in your own home. Hop & a skip to the beautiful, pet friendly beach, excellent eateries 7 mins away at Woolgoolga, 15 mins to the Heart of Coffs, and the Jetty (one of my new favourite places) Markets….. it was the best stay, even with the rain………….. thank you Stumpy & Kerrie, we really hope to be coming back and enjoying your lovely home again soon, JO :-😊, Kobe & Nelly Nelly Noo Noo x

Very charming house in a great location.

We loved our stay at the beautiful “Shells on Sandy”. Such a convenient location within a short walk to Sandy Beach and the local coffee shop (fantastic coffee). The sounds of the waves in the evening made for such a peaceful stay. The additional information at the property was very helpful and everything was very well organised. Thanks for a wonderful few days.

Finding a pet friendly home is difficult, however every want you can think of for your fur babies is accommodated for here and more. Amazing home and love the outdoor living space. Jenine is super friendly and we couldn’t wait to come back that we rebooked during our stay.

Perfect spot for a family getaway in Yamba. Easy access to the beach, short walk into town/cafes/playground. The townhouse is near new, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly need. It was spacious for our family of 5. Kids loved the plunge pool and it was warm enough even in late April. Would definitely recommend this place for those wanting a relaxed, peaceful getaway in a great location. Hosts couldn't be more helpful and responsive. thanks for a lovely stay!

The house was perfect for our family get together to celebrate my granddaughters birthdays From the moment you walk through the door you feel at home. The house provides everything you need, comfortable beds and large well equipped kitchen. A pleasant stroll to an amazing park with everything for the kids to enjoy We will definitely be back

Great facilities and location. The house was well set out and the rooms were spacious. The pool is a added bonus, overall we had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay. Place had plenty of room for all of us. Hosts were easy to deal with, and nothing was a problem. We loved having the pool, spent hours in there. Easy walk to the boat ramp. Enjoyed the walk along the foreshore to go for dinner. Neighbours were also lovely and helpful.

Had a great last minute Easter trip to Yamba and really enjoyed our stay. It’s right next to the beach, a lovely walk into town and was a lovely break. The apartment was great, everything in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

Had a great time, it felt like a comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of room for family. And had great fun in rhe pool and bbq area.

Robyn went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Lots of little extras and thoughtful touches and we loved our time in Red Rock. Definitely get down to Little Beach for a swim. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Celebrated a birthday with some close friends, was an amazing place to stay. So close to everything we needed/ wanted to do.

We had a great holiday at Brooms Head- Excellent beach, Excellent bird life. Thank you to Nerida and Amanda for being thoughtful and kind hosts.

Katie’s place was beautiful and we had a lovely stay. Close to the beach in a lovely area. My only complaint was the angry neighbour. My son was cooking a bbq and had music on outside at 6.30pm. The neighbour came running into the property screaming and yelling actually inside the house going off at my son for the music. She was a nightmare. My son wouldn’t go outside again. So be weary of the neighbour. Otherwise our stay was beautiful and the owner was lovely.

I loved staying here! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. A perfect location and so nice to wake up and look out to the trees, surrounded by Roo’s. I’ll be back ! Also love its dog friendly.

The apartment was clean and pleasant, just as described. Stefan provided clear, basic instructions which made check-in easy. The only odd part was that the entry was through the bathroom, which was a bit unusual. That said, the area is beautiful, and the beach was so close you could hear the ocean from the backyard. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place was well and truly above our expectations and housed 4 adults and 5 children perfectly. We never felt cramped. All the furniture catered for our two families combined easily and the abundance of plates, bowls, serving bowls and even an airfryer meant we could prepare meals with so much ease. An easy walk to main beach and back beach, in an incredibly peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. One of the locals even shared his fishing marks with us so the dads could take the kids fishing. It was such an incredible time. The house is immaculate and clean and we especially appreciated the table tennis table downstairs. The host gave us easy, detailed instructions for everything from entry, where to park, what’s around and tv instructions that we wanted for nothing the whole time. Cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back to do it all again. Thank you again, Erin!
