James and I are a bit older. We loved this beautiful unit it was light airy and beautiful furnishings. My husband had a little difficulty with the stairs but at 84 this was not a surprise. He coped well . The fans were wonderful and the sea breezes delightful.

Absolutely Perfect Coastal Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable — just a short stroll to the beach, which made morning walks and evening sunsets so easy and peaceful. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully styled, with all the comforts of home. One of the highlights was having a traditional fish and chip shop nearby — the kind that takes you back, with perfectly crispy batter and generous portions. Just steps away was also a charming little coffee cart serving genuinely good coffee (no burnt beans here!) with friendly service and beachside vibes. Everything about this stay felt effortless and relaxing. Between the sound of the waves, delicious local eats, and the thoughtful touches in the home, we left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants etc. Beach right across the street.

This was our first stay at an air bnb and we where not disappointed. Kylie & Pat answered all our questions made the whole process extremely easy, the house was absolutely stunning and spotless, the beds were so comfortable. Loved walking in to have coffee and milk available after our big trip without having to go to the shops first, the little details was so accommodating and made it feel homely. Ducted air conditioning made the place so warm, it’s kid safe and the kids loved the games. Kylie & Pat you have thought of everything and made it feel so comfortable and our home away from home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay - Our Top Pick in Iluka! We absolutely love staying at Breezeway Beach House. We have been back a few times now! It’s perfect for two families, with plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. The house is always spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Iluka, this is hands-down our favourite. Highly recommend!

Finding a pet friendly home is difficult, however every want you can think of for your fur babies is accommodated for here and more. Amazing home and love the outdoor living space. Jenine is super friendly and we couldn’t wait to come back that we rebooked during our stay.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for a reunion weekend with our four families. Cheryl was very accommodating with our check in times and extra little people. The house was beautiful, such a homey beach vibe. The backyard was perfect for the kids to play in and us adults to lay in the sun. Walking distance to a beautiful beach with an inlet being a great play space for kids. The surfers in our group raved about the Arrawarra waves. We’re all keen to make booking this house a yearly tradition!

The house was very well positioned just across the road from where you can catch the ferry across to Yamba. The house itself was beautifully presented, extremely clean with almost new kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable and we all felt right at home. Our host, Kylie was very welcoming and responsive, sending us messages to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back if Kylie will have us as we really enjoyed our stay.

We attended a family wedding in Yamba and chose Gina’s place to stay for 3 nights. Really appreciated Gina’s excellent communication and great advice. Her home is in a perfect location, spacious and comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. We hope to return!

We had a fantastic fishing weekend away here. great communication from Graeme and check in was a breeze. lots of space and lots of fishing spots close by.

Our stay at Casa Bonita Wooli was fantastic, cute little beach house right on the beach with amazing views. Beautifully appointed with well equipped kitchen and luxurious linen. Check in was easy and communication with hosts was excellent. Definitely recommend for a quiet beach getaway.
