I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Spring Farm Sussex

Matthew And NatalieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wow Wow Wow..... Enjoyed a 4night break here last week for mums 65th birthday, brought all the family which ranged from 4 - 70yrs old and we loved it! The house, the bedrooms and the gardens are beautiful! The pool is super, the kids couldn't wait to get in every morning. The older ones enjoyed the tennis courts and pool table. The kitchen was a fantastic size for us all to gather for meals and mini parties, it has everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo and body wash, towels and hair dryers. The lounge is cosy and there are books and games. We also enjoyed nature walks straight from the garden. Unfortunately, we didn't get round to trying out the local pub, hopefully next time! Thank you to Emma and co for warm greeting and showing us round, with clear instructions and lovely send off. Thank you to Sophie for the recommendations on local activities etc and quick responses. Highly recommend a stay at Spring Farm!

Bright spacious home with natural swimming pond

NancyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. ๐ŸŒ… All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The Barn at Stoaches: Parking | Pool | Countryside

GeorgeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Canโ€™t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but thereโ€™s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. Thereโ€™s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as itโ€™s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Country house with grounds near Lewes/Brighton

SallyRating, 5 stars11 months ago
This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Luxury Cedar House - Private Garden, Pool & Spa

ElizabethRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The house was perfect for our needs and suited 6 adults and 2 children. Great communal space with 2 bedrooms at either end of the house to ensure own space too. Fantastic location as we travelled to Arundel Castle, The Pig in the South Downs, and West Wittering beach. Lovely pubs locally too for dinner.

One bedroom house in Waterlooville. An ideal base.

MartinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Maryโ€™s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldnโ€™t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

West Wittering Village - short walk to beach.

ZoeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Sarahโ€™s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didnโ€™t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

East Street Beach House - a luxury home by the sea

WayneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Travelled to Island for my wifeโ€™s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

Beautiful Harbour Village House

I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with childrenโ€™s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

Central location, FREE parking, Close to beach

NeilRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Weโ€™ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janyeโ€™s house has been the best accommodation weโ€™ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when weโ€™re next visiting.
