very responsive and accommodating owner. the accommodation and garden are beautiful, very quiet. only downsides the adjoining house of the owners, and therefore the opposite in the garden, and especially the lack of privacy bathroom and toilet that are not in a real closed room, they are simple doors type "saloon" for the toilets. It really bothered us.

Visiting Angers for a few days, we had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is very well-equipped, tastefully decorated and furnished and ideally located. The plus: its parking lot allows you to leave the car and do everything on foot, the center is 2 steps away. Cécile and Christophe are very friendly, and available by message for any questions or for directions to the accommodation. I recommend 👍

Peaceful stay near Saumur, impeccable accommodation and renovated and carefully decorated. Many tours are 15 minutes or less away. We were delighted and will probably come back to the area. Thanks!

The stuff fairytales are made of. Staying directly under a castle. The apartment is so well appointed. Bathed in sunlight in the mornings. Spacious & tastefully decorated. Easy 5 min walk to the centre of town. Beautiful walks across the road by the Loire. The castle is an easy 10 min walk to the castle. The apartment feels very safe. The hosts are very friendly, helpful & responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect studio in the heart of Angers. We felt right at home! The studio is located in a beautiful historic building with a wonderful courtyard. It’s perfectly situated, walking distance to every point of interest and nice restaurants and bars while being very calm. Just note there is no door separating the room from the bathroom, just a curtain. It was fine for us but you need to be really comfortable with the person you are sharing the room with.

The accommodation is as described and pleasant. Close to the center and tram, it's very convenient to get around. Spacious, bright and not too noisy despite the fact that it is located along an avenue. The value for money is unbeatable.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Pleasant, well-equipped and super clean studio. The residence is very well maintained, very quiet and secure. Shops within walking distance and walks nearby. i really recommend it.

Good experience. The place was as described. Very nice, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.

My stay at Claudine's apartment was excellent. I'll be missing a lot, especially the balcony. Everything was very clean, in good condition and the neighbors are very quiet.
