Come and enjoy with your family this residential house located in a quiet subdivision just 900m from the village where you will have access to all the necessary amenities. You can also easily walk to the edge of the Loir (on which you can indulge in Paddle/Kayac). You can also admire the view from the top of the Matheflon Chapel (10 min walk). We are also located a 10min walk from the summer guinguette of Père Chapuis (Parc des Vallées).

Dear guests! My place is peaceful and centrally located. In Angers center, 2 min walk to train station, zero noise, absolute quiet! Bed 140X190 made on arrival, on the mezzanine, which leaves you space in the main room. Daybed, equipped kitchen: microwave/grill, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee included). Towels provided. Work-study students accepted with schedule booked in advance, send a message about it.

Arboretum Apartment, close to Downtown/UCO

The apartment is close to the train station, city center, UCO, access to public transportation (Morellerie stop at the bottom of the building towards the train station, city center/Aquavita etc). You can also take the tram 900 m away at the Bamako stop. For guests with a vehicle, it is very easy to park ( all spaces are free) at the bottom of the building where ample parking is available for your use.
