We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

The nearest bus is 7 minutes away (without changing about 50 minutes to the city center, 25 to Altona Town Hall). You can leave your car in front of the house at any time. If you want to shop, you'll find everything you need in all directions in a few minutes! There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful, bright, quiet and spacious apartment with balcony in Schenefeld, on the outskirts of Hamburg. Ideal for exploring the city of Hamburg on the Elbe or the nearby Baltic Sea or North Sea. The apartment is located directly on an extensive park with a large playground (Reimelt'sche Wiese) and invites you to take long walks and jogging laps. The Volkspark Stadium is only 8 minutes away by car.

For your sole use are a bedroom, a shower room with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher and a 33 m², large living/dining room. Since the laundry room is also used by us, we occasionally have to use the staircase and the hallway.
