Brian was very responsive and the location worked out nicely for restaurants and it was close to where we needed it to be.

This house was perfect for our adult family! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had everything we needed! Nice furnishings and kitchen appliances. The coffee was a great added touch. Would definitely recommend!

Staying at the Ivanhoe Inn was just perfect for our visit to Cincinnati! The place was clean and well-stocked with everything we might possibly need. We loved sitting out on both the front and the back porch with a cup of coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable! It was a central location to visit both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. It was a peaceful and safe location to come home to each evening. We ate at the "Cabana on the River" one night and watched the tugboats and barges. Thank you Renee for letting us stay at your place!

So... Jennifer is a great host. The house is as described and is nice and clean. A few notes that are important if you are on the older side-- 1. There are stairs leading up-- the bottom one is starting to crumble a little so be careful. There is no railing on the stairs that lead to the basement and laundry-- so be aware on that front. The property itself is nice and clean-- and its on a relatively quiet block, but close to a not-so-nice area, so do be aware. The house is an older house-- so there is no way to really "be quiet" while walking around if others are sleeping. The floors are beautiful-- and loud. I gave it 5 stars because the host is great and the house is as advertised. Just be aware it is an older house with some of the flaws you'd expect in an older property. If you like the charm of an older house and not having neighbors stacked on top of you- -this could be perfect.

This is our second time to stay here, and once again we were very pleased. The location was perfect for us, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was an easy walk to downtown Loveland, where we ate several times. We highly recommend this rental.

This spot was the perfect getaway and had everything we needed. We saw fireworks over the river from the hot tub! Great location, very easy to get to, and we were close enough to walk to a baseball game and other events in Cincinnati. The neighbors were all very friendly and we felt very at home. Would highly recommend this home!

Was in town for a wedding in downtown Cincinnati. Location was perfect with multiple shopping and eating places close by. Location of the house was perfect for me and my needs. Makes me want to come back to the same location just for a weekend getaway to get a break.

My family of 5 stayed here for two nights so we could visit the cinci zoo. Liz has done a great job making the place fun and homey for families with a lot of toys and games! The hot tub was clean and enjoyable, it was a little cold for the pool but the kids still enjoyed that too. The back yard is beautiful.. and the home is old with character but very well cared for, one of my sons even commented that it was beautiful! Lol It did get a little warm upstairs but Liz has thought everything out and provides fans up there! The first night there did seem to be a lot of activity outside but we just turned up our sound machines. There is an amazing restaurant and pizza place near by, and the coffee shop had some of the best espresso I’ve ever had. Everything was so cute and our stay was very enjoyable. Have already recommended the place to other people! We also met Liz while there, very sweet lady!

We enjoyed our stay here. Cole was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly. The place was very comfortable, including the bed and AC units. Everyone in the neighborhood uses street parking, but we never had issues finding a spot. We would stay here again if in the area.

It was a nice place for my family and some of my husbands family to stay at while in town for a wedding. Easy to find and get into! Had pretty much everything we needed for our stay! Would book again!

This was our second staff in Chris's apartment. We were in the area for a sports tournament in Lebanon, OH, which is about a 30 min drive from the apartment--no longer of a driving distance than the Cincinnati hotels we could have considered. We love the neighborhood with it's well-maintained historic homes. If you want dining choices that are nearby, there's plenty to pick from. Findlay Market and downtown is about a 10-15 minute drive. And the neighborhood is real close to the highway for easy access to go to other areas. Chris gives clear parking instructions, which is helpful because it's a busy street. And accessing the apartment is quite easy. Instructions to check out are also quick and easy. We were very comfortable and would stay again if we're back in the area.

The place was very clean and loved the decor. Very private feeling, and still lin walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. Hankering Southern Kitchen was phenomenal

The environment was welcoming. Nice parks nearby, and cool little stores. Cera was amazing and my kiddos loved playing with her kiddos, a lot of fun stuff for them to do in the backyard. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay for the Reds games ! Right next to all the bars and entertainment on main Street Covington. Good place to stay if you wanna step out for a drink and a bite to eat. Smooth check in and out and easy instructions for a nice stay.

This space was clean and tidy and close to things I like about Cincinnati. Having the Findlay market just down the block was perfect. As well as washington park and the restaurants I enjoy that are close by. It was a great spot and cozy and pretty much just what I was looking for.

Stayed here for a show at Ludlow's Garage..short, easy drive to venue. Apt is spacious, cozy and quaint. Loved the vintage decor and feel with many gems reminding us our childhood. Definitely recommend and we would stay here again!

Nav was an extremely friendly and responsive host. And there was a yummy chocolate bar waiting for us! We had a small problem upon check-in that he went above and beyond to solve right away. He was open to our suggestions of how to make his place even better. The beds were extremely comfortable, the home was clean, the shower was hot and the place was spacious. The only heads up is that there were a lot of stairs to navigate: from the street to the unit, then a set of stairs from the front door to the main level, then both bedrooms are up a narrow spiral staircase. Might be challenging for some. The location was ideal for all of the wedding events we attended. We would definitely stay here again! Thx Nav!

I have stayed multiple times and enjoy it every time.

Sid was very responsive to all messages and we were able to get right in. Secure parking was easy and walkable to OTR and downtown spots. Wouldn't hesitate to book in a second next time we are in town.

Came into town for the weekend with my Mother and aunt for a concert! Was looking for something with no stairs and lots of room. This meet all my expectations and more! Would definitely stay again

Recommended and I would stay here again if in Cincinnati. Firstly Christina's apartment is great - it has the feel of a New York Brownstone with a very large kitchen/diner/living room space, with 2 good doubles at the back, making them cooler and away from the market at the front. We were 3 adults staying Monday through Saturday. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are large, the apartment was very clean and the sort of place we were happy to spend time in. Secondly, the location is great - right in Findlay Market which provided a nice buzz as well as some great food shops. There is also a super low-key wine bar downstairs right beside the apartment. Findlay is at the top end of the OTR area, which was not a problem for us as we were happy walking, but there is a free tram going downtown, and rideshares were cheap. The inclusion of a space in the Findlay carpark was a bonus, saving $20 a day on parking. Christina's comms were excellent throughout.

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!
