Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Anderson County

The decoration in the home and the history within is stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice! The host leaves many amenities such as toiletries, many snacks, air mattress, and fans. The location is nearby to many cute restaurants and shops and close to the University of Tennessee as well as all of the stadiums and coliseums. Would totally visit this house again!

We loved this charming bungalow, convenient to greenways, shopping, downtown, and easy access to south Knoxville. The home is very tastefully updated and decorated, with many wonderful touches and Knoxville memorabilia. The rainfall bathroom shower was fun. The bed was comfortable with good linens, pillows, warm blankets and throws. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, and dish and glassware. The hosts could not be any nicer and accommodating. We happily recommend their bungalow and hope to return ourselves.

This was one of the very best places we have stayed. It’s tucked back into an older neighborhood yet close to anything you’d want. JP goes above and beyond setting up a welcoming environment. It’s the little things that stand out like a welcoming basket and beverage, toiletries for those unexpected needs, a bookshelf amply stocked with a variety of books and games. Any and everything has been thought of, right down to the s’mores box! It also boasts a great outdoor grill! The beds are comfy, the towels are plush and there are blankets to curl up with in the living room! The kitchen is also amply stocked with all the comforts of home. Just be careful of the refrigerator ice dispenser, it comes out fast, and we found ourselves cleaning it off the floor all too often! We plan to visit the area in the future and are hoping JP’s place will be available! We’d rent it in a heart beat! Many, many thanks to our host, they were the tops! We just can’t say enough good about them!

We enjoyed staying here so much. This was one of my favorite airbnbs. It was a fun layout, cozy, it had everything we needed for a couple days! The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy. It has several options for sleeping arrangements. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to take walks around the neighborhood with no problem! We did not know the Airbnb was attached to the host’s home, which we typically stay away from (it’s just personal preference). But overall, this was fine because the Airbnb is pretty private.

Best place we have stayed in a long time. Located right outside of town in the middle of the owners farm. It is very relaxing and peaceful. You can wake up and have a cup of coffee and say hi to the cows. If you have kids who loves farm animals, they will have blast getting to know the cows. Absolutely love this place and would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in the area.

Tim and Candy (sorry if that's wrong) were awesome hosts! They're super nice, very responsive and attentive. The BNB is private and very homey. They provide everything you need to cook and to do laundry. The bed is very comfortable and is equipped with nice linens. Overall a great BNB, with great hosts.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was very affordable and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The home was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The kids absolutely loved it too, which made the whole experience even better. Lovely space for a two person getaway. The lodge contains multiple units, but noise was never an issue and there were plenty of parking spaces. The Nuthouse is up a short indoor flight of stairs and was easy to find. The views were beautiful. Shower pressure is very important to me—here it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was decorated beautifully and we felt right at home. Pam offered lots of information about the Smokey Mountains and generously provided several small snacks and delicious homemade mini muffins for us to munch on. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

Perfect location for rod runs, quiet while still being extremely close to the main strip. Will hopefully be getting this same place for fall

This place was great!! Beautiful Airbnb for a great price. Walkable distance from old city which was a huge perk! Snacks were generously provided and place was very clean, safe, private, and well kept!! 10/10 experience, I would absolutely stay here again!

Grant was very quick to respond to messages before and during our stay. Any and every question we had was answered within the hour it was sent. We also had a guest with an allergy to certain laundry detergents. Grant was honest and helpful when it came to identifying the detergent used and how we could navigate our stay when it came to coming into contact with things washed in the detergent. We felt right at home from the time we showed up to the time we left. It felt as if we were being treated as close family. We will most definitely be coming back for future stays here. The place and the views were stunning, especially for the price we paid. An overall perfect experience in every way possible.

We had an amazing stay at Lofty Loft. The views were well worth the drive up the mountain! We would definitely stay here again!

Ashleigh made my stay a breeze. She was informative and thoughtful about providing me with information knowing it was my first time in Knoxville. She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions.
