Private suite vacation rentals in Anderson County

We stayed for a concert at a venue about a half hour away. This was perfect for us. Although we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the extras, there were plenty available. The area is small & quaint and I would’ve loved to have had time to explore. We hope to come back and would love to stay again!

We stayed in Knoxville for the weekend to do some sight-seeing (and a little shopping), and Dina's place was in a great location. Beautiful space, everything clean, very quiet. It's close to some of our favorite places. We hope to stay here again next time we're in town.

The apartment is attached to the main house with its own private entrance. It felt like our own place. Caleb was proactive with communication to make sure all went well and if we needed anything. Downtown Knoxville is very close. There are plenty of activities and restaurants within a couple miles and virtually anything Knoxville has to offer within a 20-minute drive. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Captain David’s was an amazing place to stay while visiting Maryville before moving here! Super clean, excellent recommendations from Captain David himself and wonderfully located! If fishing is your thing this is the place for you!! Will be recommending to family and friends in the future!!

We absolutely loved this guest house. We enjoyed all the conveniences of home plus a screen room next to the pool. The location, amenities, and privacy were all outstanding. We hope to go back again next year!

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Frank was an amazing host. A nice surprise of some bottled water and sparkling water in the fridge along with some small bags of popcorn, etc. Super comfortable bed and pillows and linens. Overall a fantastic stay and value!

This was SUCH a wonderful place to stay! My friends who live in Knoxville said it was in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Traveling by myself, that's something I sometimes worry about, but I felt completely safe. Everything went perfectly smoothly. Some airbnbs feel like the host probably just bought some stuff to make the space because they had to, but this one truly felt like they did not skimp out on anything. The bed was very comfortable and the black-out curtains meant I got amazing sleep. The shower was a luxury, too--great water pressure! It was all set up very thoughtfully. I thought it was cute that they had a bin for dirty dishes in case you wanted to use any of the dishes in the cabinet. I would highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay while visiting my son at UT. So close to town, and a better stay than any suite in a Knoxville hotel. Clean, perfectly appointed, comfortable bed, comfortable space, comfortable everything. Thank you Hope!

Eliza and Brad are great hosts - very responsive when we had any questions. The place was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable. We were visiting family that lived close by so the location was perfect for us. Loved the sunroom! Great space for our visit. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

This apartment was the perfect place to stay during our trip through Knoxville. The suite was clean and stylish. It’s tucked away in a peaceful residential area that’s pretty accessible to downtown. The host was great—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, well located spot!

Staying at Janice’s was exceptional. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the golf course/lake views are stunning. Her space is comfortable, had every amenity we could need and the bed was just right with lots of (much desired) pillows! Janice was informative, helped us regroup when our original plans fell through and gave great suggestions for live music and food.

The resort was great from the communication, easy check in, cleanliness and value. It really made our family vacation care free and memorable.

We were in town for the Big Eard Musical festival and it was close enough for us to bike there each day. The home was quiet and private, and just what we needed for a place to lay our heads. Adam was very responsive which was helpful if we had any questions!

Great host, best host actually I have ever had. Outstanding communication. You get everything as described, the outside of the house has cameras and motion lights which makes you feel extremely safe. This is a great location, very peaceful. Comfortable bed and sectional couch. Big screen tv and cozy electric fireplace. The washer and dryer are the hit, the washroom itself is very roomy including the tub and shower, and I'm a big big guy so this was a massive plus for me. Some places have showers smaller than an RV, but not here, this was my favorite from all the places that I have stayed at. Thank you Don!

Easily one of the most comfortable, gorgeous homes ive ever had the pleasure of staying in. Enjoying a bacholar party with friends and family pool side next to a gorgeous view was money well spent!

This Airbnb is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do justice, it’s so pretty! I highly recommend staying here ! Michelle responds very quickly, she is very friendly and helpful! We seen tons of wildlife coming up the driveway which made the experience so much better when driving up to the Airbnb. I had the best, amazing Airbnb experience with Michelle!

This was great! Perfect place for a quick weekend trip. Pretty and quiet neighborhood, close to Kingston Pike, and very clean space. Tito was very responsive, and made sure we had clean towels, linens, and snacks upon arrival. Instructions were very simple and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

I just want to say thanks for letting us stay! We had a great time. The host was very friendly and let one of our friends park his van for the trip. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're MTB or Onewheel riding. It's close to the trails.

Timothy's place was easy and well located. Just a few minutes drive to downtown but located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood outside of town. Check in and check out we're super easy and Timothy was extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend this place.
