If you’re looking for a place to rest up, this would be the place … such a quiet, peaceful, welcoming little cabin. I loved hearing all the birds. Ans watching the squirrels, listening to the stream in the distance and walking to it, and literally sitting in a chair and letting the water Run over my feet and legs. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the added cup of coffee, we had each evening. There are have plenty of choices on how to stay cool or warm. Amanda was quick to respond and very kind to let us check in whenever we were ready. Come and take a rest and enjoy it..

Lovely 3 BR home in a great location near Joe Wheeler State Park and really anywhere in North Alabama. Very peaceful. Several good restaurants close. Easy 1-hour drive to Huntsville and 40 minutes to Florence area. Lots to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Nita was very responsive to messages and helpful with any questions I had. There was treats left so I could feed the horses and the donkey. Very peaceful and quiet location.

Sami and Jason's place was perfect for a month long stay! It was clean and spacious and had everything we were looking for. The super fast internet was fantastic for working remotely. We really appreciated the washer/dryer, large backyard and dock, and well equipped kitchen for cooking meals just like at home. I loved the easy-to-clean tile floors. Also loved the cozy working fireplace (with clear directions so it was easy and fun). Winter is a fabulous time to visit - not too cold and most days we had the two mile nature trail, playground, tennis and basketball courts to ourselves! The river view from the house is beautiful, and we enjoyed watching all the birds - swans and herons and even a bald eagle who fishes right there! The owners are great. They were kind and accommodating when we had to move our dates, and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We felt very well supported the entire time. We would definitely return!
