We rented a condo for remote work for a medium-long term. Everything fully met our needs: 2 workplaces, work chairs, stable and fast internet, beautiful view from the window! Bed with new mattress, fresh and clean linen - there were different versions in the reviews, we had no complaints. Furniture and plumbing are not new, but well maintained. Downstairs there is a small gym and a pleasant swimming pool right near the elevator exit - you can interrupt your work and swim. The location is great - 15 minutes to the sea, right next to the Seven Eleven exit, in 5 minutes there is a street with supermarkets, markets and restaurants. All our questions (there were a few) were resolved quickly - for example, the air conditioner was serviced 2 hours after the request! The only disadvantage is the noise due to the proximity of the road, but we quickly got used to it. We were satisfied, did not regret our choice.
