In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. "Il Soffio Del Conero" is a refined design apartment surrounded by nature, with free parking, where you can breathe tranquility a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera and the historic center of Sirolo. Nearby there is a supermarket, a tennis club, the splendid Conero Golf Club and for those who love to ride horses, a charming riding school. In front of the house is the free shuttle stop to reach the beaches of Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo.

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), you will not be able to access our garage during the restricted hours. Period residence in the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.
