Vacation rentals with beach access in Ancona

First of all, it must be said that Elisa was very welcoming and helpful. She offered both to pick us up and take us back to the station and when we had problems with noisy neighbors (one night) she intervened immediately. The house, very modern, is equipped with everything that has made us feel like we were at home, it is located in a particularly quiet area of Pesaro and close to the small bay Flaminia (for this reason we definitely recommend it for the summer months). Nearby there are plenty of places to eat, including the unparalleled piadina from Terry.

Excellent clean and tidy accommodation in a very quiet area with the sea a few steps away. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. Marotta is a perfect location for those who want to enjoy the sea while avoiding the chaos of the most renowned locations. Ideal for those with children.

Sarah lovingly welcomed us with a young man who can speak good English, showed us where we can park, have recommended us a very very good authentic pizza pasta restaurant I now still rave about the pizza:-) the beach is 5 minutes walk away the city center also 5 minutes walk the location and surroundings are just perfect, the accommodation was just right. However, the shower and bathroom is bad for people over 1.85:-) but everything is doable with a little bending. We will definitely come back when it's high summer. Thank you very much

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!
