Villa Rachele offers two apartments and a en-suite room, inside a villa located in the green of the Marche hill, a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. The two apartments consist of: a separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. Large garden and relaxation areas available for guests, in the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor pool and green space to eat. "Pikki's nest"

Very bright and very central 75 sqm apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator and sea view from every room! Long and wide balcony so much that you can eat! Parking is available under the house and in the immediate vicinity. The long beach (free at 200 meters and equipped at 350 meters) is easily reachable on foot! Important: the accommodation is all flat (there are no climbs to reach it!) and IT IS not close TO the railway, so... tranquility, no noise!
