Vacation rentals with beach access in Ancona

I spent 4 days in total relaxation, very comfortable and super clean house. Within walking distance of great restaurants, one of which is recommended by Jacopo who has always been great at problem solving advice. A few steps from the sea, which in my opinion is beautiful this season. We couldn't ask for more.

Arianna is a beautiful, amazing host! She was so gracious to us-we got in very late and she stayed awake to meet us. We love Rimini and will be back here to stay again! Close to everything to do and the beach! Arianna, we look forward to seeing you again soon!

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

Communication with Andrea was very good. The place was clean and tidy with a large kitchen that we didn't use. We stayed there to go to the circuit. We reached it on foot, but very close there was the possibility of taking a small train that led to the entrance of the circuit (both on the way and back). We were able to park for free in a parking lot indicated by Andrea's mother who brought us the keys. The lady allowed us to check out later, since the next day there were no guests. It was a very nice gesture and appreciated by all of us. Thanks again for your availability

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicolò, Roberta and Thor's! ☺️ We traveled together with our two-year-old daughter, who slept with us in bed, and the location of the apartment was perfect. The long sandy beach is right outside the door (a few meters) and there are small playgrounds everywhere. Communication with Nicolò and Roberta also always worked smoothly. We would definitely come back if we were in Rimini again. Thanks for everything! ☺️🤗

Excellent clean and tidy accommodation in a very quiet area with the sea a few steps away. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. Marotta is a perfect location for those who want to enjoy the sea while avoiding the chaos of the most renowned locations. Ideal for those with children.

Practically new apartment equipped with all the comforts, right on the beach with spectacular sunrises. In the kitchen some necessary things were missing such as oil and salt; We managed, but I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided them. I would recommend it

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

Very nice and new house, you can get to the sea and good restaurants very quickly. The nearby railroad tracks were still disturbing at night, but we really liked it. Beautiful kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and provided us with important information and tips😊. It was a lovely stay

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Dino was a very nice and friendly host. The apartment is right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, great location and quiet. If I come back only here. Dino was also very flexible with check-in, he allowed us to go to the apartment earlier.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Comfortable apartment a stone's throw from the sea with free parking under the house. My family and I had a great time, very comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need. Thank you Alberto!
