Cottage vacation rentals in Anaga

Amazing location with views from the hot tub, and stars at night. We hired a car - a Hyundai i10 - and I have to say it managed the hill to the property but I would suggest perhaps a slightly bigger engine would make the journey up easier. We would thoroughly recommend the wine tasting visit to the vineyard behind - how often can you walk to a wine tasting within 2 minutes of your property and the wine and food is excellent. We ate in the whole time we were here and found everything we needed for this. We didnt use the bbq but did make great use of the hot tub each evening. Bed was very comfortable.

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely time staying here. The views are absolutely amazing, and the house is beautiful and rustic. The terrace is very spacious, and there is a little garden that attracts lots of little birds. The whole house is dreamy and surrounded by cute flowers and native plants. We loved using the log burner in the evenings, as it sometimes got quite chilly; this made it even more cosy and homely. Having a car is essential to stay here (and also to explore the rest of the island). There's a Lidl and Aldi nearby and plenty of great restaurants and beaches. Thank you so much for having us!

Communication with Laura was good, instructions were clear. The cottage was as described: sparkling clean, equipped with everything. There were even cake, wine and fruit ready for us! We found the road up to the cottage quite exciting by car, so steep was the road. So hopefully there were no onions in the narrow streets. There is a lot to do in the area if you have a car, which is actually necessary for your stay here. Orotova is nearby, but you'll also be in Puerto de la Cruz and San Cristobal de la Laguna. By the way, the warm bath was already warming up when we arrived, we could already enter that evening, wonderful! A lot of chlorine smell, but it was all spotless. The double bed was 1.40m x 2.00m, which was small for us, big Dutch. The mattress and pillows were firm and very pleasant. It was cold inside (February, especially evening/ morning: 10 degrees Celsius), but before that there are electric heaters.

The property is lovely and everything you need for relaxing getaway. We loved the outside area, Al fresco at its finest. Supermarket is situated at the bottom of the road, 5-10 minute walk. Puerto del La Cruz is only a 15 minute drive and playa El Bollullo is on 15 minute drive, bit of a walk down to the beach, but well worth it. also the restaurant at the top is lovely, with a great back drop. If you want a relaxing getaway away from the hussle and bussle, then this is the place for you. Wake up to beautiful views of Tiede and the sea. what more could you want. See you next time.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful, a pleasure to return to after a day out and perfect for 5 adults and a 2 year old. The Villa was spotless and there was plenty of linen for a two week stay. There is everything you can wish for in the Villa. There is a lovely pool on site, cold water but refreshing on a warm day. The Villa is within easy reach of two Supermarkets and shops and a five minute walk to the regular Adeje Market. An 8 minute walk will bring you to the delightful beaches of Del Duque. The host is super responsive, all in all a great place to be.

A nice house in a beautiful location, the garden, and the views of Tiede from it, are absolutely stunning. The house was clean and well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maykel is responsive and answered any queries we had promptly. Highly recommended.

The place is beautiful, we have a beautiful view from the accommodation, the terrace. On the other hand, very strong climb to reach the place... Difficult to walk from there in view of the difference in altitude. The good thing is the fairly quick access (by car) to what is to see on the island. Nice little pool and jaccuzi! The bedding and towels available in quantity and very clean in general.

Sara’s house was lovely and big, very comfortable and had beautiful mountain and sea views. Sara was very friendly and helpful, she gave us lots of good local recommendations. The gardens surrounding the house were beautiful, with the most delicious oranges on the trees that I’ve ever tasted!! The cat was very cute and friendly too. Sara was very sweet and left us some wine, chocolate and oranges for when we arrived. The local area was lush and green, very peaceful, it had a good local vibe and wasn’t very touristy, and there was lots of cheap Canadian restaurants near to the house. Thankyou sara for our amazing holiday home!!!

We had a great time here! The house is very close to nearby restaurants (2-4 minute walk), pools in the sea (20 minute walk) and has a nice view of the sea. The town itself is quiet and has everything you need, the nearby market offers all necessary things. We would definitely visit again!

Thanks to Robert for hosting us with the stove on. We had a small welcome gift waiting for us. The environment is particularly peaceful with beautiful views. We recommend it for anyone who loves tranquility and nature in an authentic place.

The cottage was perfect for our stay in Tenerife with a beautiful garden to enjoy outside with a very nice sea view. Lara and her family were very accommodating and kind. She was very responsive to our requests and gave us good restaurant recommendations. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

The accommodation exceeded our expectation. The view from top of the roof amazing, you have see vie at front on your side mountains and other side forest. Very peaceful place with lots of place to explore. the accommodation is fulfilled with everything you need starting from matches to washing liquid for clothes. Very fresh beddings with lots of fluffy blankets. Very good internet connection considering how high the house is based. Our family of 5 had planty of space. Owner very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time in this spacious three-bedroom vacation home. It is well maintained and clean. In winter, you need warm clothes. Marta is a very good host, everything was ready when we arrived. In case of difficulties, she helped us a lot and was always very accessible. Thank you Marta. El Tanque is rather quiet and not a tourist spot. The vacation home is an ideal getaway if you want to avoid the tourist spots. Nevertheless, the northern beaches and villages are easily accessible by both car and bus. Highly recommended!

It was really something special in April! It is even more beautiful than in the photos and the huge property (former vineyard) is very well maintained and in a quiet location with great views from the mountains down to the sea. Spanish restaurants and a supermarket can be reached by car within a few minutes. Beautiful hiking trails are nearby. The house is equipped in the best possible way - everything was there. Even the fridge was stocked on arrival so that the first evening and morning were completely relaxed. Pool, basketball, soccer and even table tennis and table football in an extra room. There was even an extra grill house. It's just great and I recommend it! The host was super friendly and gave us the best possible support. Thank you very much for the great time!

A very charming, beautifully furnished little cottage with breathtaking views of the Orotava Valley. It is clean and everything works (you have to let the water run longer until it gets warm). The owners are very friendly, helpful and communication works perfectly. The way up is steep but with a little experience also manageable with a small car (we had a VW Polo).

We had a wonderful stay in Macu's property. A perfect little house in a relaxing estate with a fabulous host. You are close to the town but in a lovely peaceful haven. We loved eating breakfast outside and gazing at the stars from the sun loungers. Macu gave some great recommendations for restaurants. What a great stay, we'd happily come back.

Very neat and beautiful cottage, lots of outdoor plants. The kitchen is well equipped, we even made smoothies it felt like home. Olga is a very responsible, nice, warm person. We really enjoyed staying at Olga's place. ☀️

Great flat with fantastic views in a calm and secluded area. Beautiful garden with a very calm and clean pool. Only downside is in my opinion, that the location is not super easy to reach, but that might just be the price for having such a nice and calm environment.

Jose's place was just right for us, quiet, magnificent views both from the private terrace and from the shared roof terrace and clean. Jose, we thank you for your hospitality,the delicious oranges and your helpfulness, we will be back!
